The Amex Stadium in Brighton offers a total of 21 executive boxes, which can all accommodate up to 10 guests. As well as a double box which when opened up can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Bristol City Football Club – Ashton Gate Stadium
Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol has 18 boxes available for hire, suitable for up to 12 delegates. 8 of the 12 executive boxes convert into 4 dual boxes seating 20 boardrooms. All have pitch views, natural daylight, air conditioning and 46inch LCD TVs. You can book an Executive Box by the hour from £45 per hour, or £200 per day inc VAT (8 am-5 pm). Burnley Football Club – Turf Moor
Following their multi-million pound refurbishment of their North stand in 2021, Turf Moor now boasts 8 Executive Boxes, which offer an intimate and stylishly private box setting for up to 12 people with fantastic pitch views.
They now have the latest in audio visual equipment including Video Conferencing facilities and HDMI connections for presentations. Each box has two 55” TV’s.

Chelsea Football Club – Stamford Bridge
Meetings and Events with Club Chelsea provide function rooms guaranteed to wow your guests. Hampden Park Stadium, Glasgow
Hampden Park, the Home of Scottish Football is situated on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre. Following a recent refurbishment the venue boasts a total of 18 individual Skyboxes, each with a capacity for up to 10 guests. In addition to these individual boxes, the stadium also houses 2 premium Superbox facilities, each with a capacity for up to 40 guests, these high-end meeting and event spaces provide a luxury alternative to the office and offer panoramic views over the iconic Hampden pitch.
Hampshire Cricket – The Ageas Bowl
The Ageas Bowl near Southampton is home to 8 executive boxes, each boasting panoramic views over the cricket ground and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV facilities. Leeds Rhinos Rugby Club – Headingley Stadium
The newly refurbished Headingley Stadium in Leeds has 13 hospitality boxes available for hire, all ideal settings for private meetings and/or dining with panoramic views of the iconic rugby ground. Room hire cost is £200 per day.

Leeds United FC has 50 exclusive executive boxes over 2 floors, overlooking the stunning pitch at Elland Road Stadium. Available for both corporate hire and business meetings – able to host up to 15 delegates per box. All of the boxes are attached to a suite making them perfect for break out spaces for larger events or ideal for small intimate meetings. Manchester City Football Club – Etihad Stadium
There are 66 hospitality boxes available for hire at Etihad Stadium in Manchester, suitable for up to 14 delegates. You can book an Executive Box by the hour from £40.00+VAT per hour, or from £100.00+VAT per day (8am-5pm). Discounts are also available for multiple box bookings on the same day / regular use.
Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club – Kingston Park Stadium
The Kingston Park Stadium in Newcastle has 12 boxes available for hire in their West Stand. There are 8 x 12 seater boxes, and a further 4 boxes suitable for up to 24 delegates. Two of the largest meeting rooms are situated right on the centre line and Try Line (including the prestigious Directors Box). All of the boxes are pitch facing with natural lighting and a private balcony. They also include a TV, free Wifi, refrigerators and food serving facilities. Newcastle United Football Club – St. James’ Park
The iconic St. James’ Park Stadium is located in the heart of Newcastle City Centre and boasts 77 boxes available for hire. The venue has 70 single boxes for up to 10 delegates, 6 double boxes for up to 20 delegates and even a triple-sized box for up to 40 guests. All of the prestigious boxes are located close to kitchens to ensure your food is piping hot, and conveniently near toilet facilities too. With their Flexibox package rooms can be hired by the hour (£20+VAT) or day (£150+VAT), and can include unlimited teas and coffees, free Wi-Fi, lunch served in their signature hamper box and full use of a dedicated break out area, ‘The Hub’. If this doesn’t quite suit your event needs, the venue also offers bespoke packages on request. Double box day hire is just £200+VAT, and triple box day hire £250 +VAT.
Norwich City Football Club – Carrow Road Stadium
The Carrow Road Stadium boasts 15 executive boxes available to hire at Norwich City FC, which can each host 10 guests. Within this, the venue can also offer two double boxes which can accommodate 20 guests for larger parties (see above picture). In addition to this, the stadium has a further 26 smaller boxes, which can hold up to 6 in Boardroom style. For groups requiring larger spaces, there are an additional 17 function rooms. The cost to hire a hospitality box at Norwich City FC is £30.00+VAT per person per day, minimum of 10 delegates (Day Delegate Rate). For bookings that do not require the full DDR, the stadium can offer room-only hire at the following prices (all costs exclude VAT):

St. Helens RFC – The Totally Wicked Stadium
The Totally Wicked Stadium, home to St. Helens RFC, has 12 executive boxes available to hire. These are located on the second floor of their South Stand, which boasts fantastic views of the 18,000 capacity stadium and pitch. These boxes are ideal for smaller meetings for up to 12 people. Parties of up to 20 delegates can also be accommodated by opening up two central boxes into one larger suite. The boxes are also in close proximity to their larger function suites, giving the option for them to be used as breakout rooms for your larger conference. The Stadium of Light in Sunderland houses 54 hospitality boxes available for hire for your event. The boxes are a variety of sizes, meaning there are options for up to 10, 12 or 25 delegates available. Prices start from £125+VAT for a half day or £200+VAT for a full day.
