A comfortable and casual space in the Lansdown Stand with its own private bar, and suitable for up to 200 people.  Situated in the Lansdown Stand, the Business Lounge operates as another space to accommodate guests for either a business event, meeting area or perhaps a small celebration of life.

Our purpose built U-Shape concourse area joins three stands together internally with over 3,500 square metres of space and is perfect for large scale conferences, events and exhibitions.

The Directors Box is the most exclusive of our hospitality areas. It is four-times the size of our individual boxes and is ideal for luxury corporate dining events, smaller intimate parties or cocktail/canapé receptions. Located on the half-way line with its own balcony overlooking the pitch, there is also access to the Directors Lounge Bar, situated opposite it is a great break-out space or reception area. The Directors Box also lends itself perfectly to hosting board meetings; seminars; networking or training sessions with its built-in LED screens, natural daylight, air conditioning and the option to be partitioned into three sections, creating two syndicate spaces in the main room.

The Dolman Lounges are ideal for small meetings, breakout groups or private dining for up to 120 people.  Situated in the South and Dolman Stands, our three syndicate rooms are identical in size and each offer 64 square meters of space, with a shared balcony overlooking the pitch. All three rooms are Ideal for small meetings, breakout groups or private dining. The central rooms, Dolman Lounge 2 and 3, can be opened into one larger space with the option to have a bar available for private celebrations.

Situated in the South Stand, the Pravha Lounge offers 270 square meters of space making it the perfect versatile room for your event, whether it be a corporate meeting, private celebration, or your special day for up to 400 people. Experience a modern and elegant space, with its own exclusive balcony overlooking the pitch and private bar with food service.

This room has its own private entrance to help create the wow factor for your guests as they arrive. Combined with fantastic food and service, our dedicated hospitality team will ensure your event is unforgettable!

Situated on the ground floor of the South Stand, the Independence Sports Bar offers a unique setting for drinks receptions, private parties and conferences for up to 450 people.

Split across two levels, the space has a relaxed, contemporary feel which is enhanced through casual seating, a seven metre long fully stocked bar, and use of the largest indoor pub screen in the country – offering a real wow factor to your event and guests!

Comprising of three spaces; the ground level, mezzanine level and supporters bar, the Independence Sports Bar offers a refreshing venue option for your next conference. Whether used as a plenary space or a catering/breakout room alongside other areas within the stadium, the multi-use venue is perfect for more intimate events requiring breakout sessions in close range, helping to create a private environment for delegates. We can also add a personal touch to your event by showcasing your company logo across the 15 LED screens around the venue.

The Lansdown Suite holds 1,000 people theatre style or 800 for a dinner making it one of the largest conference spaces in the South West.

Ashton Gate’s grandest space is open with no obstructions or pillars and is perfect for a variety of conferences, exams, large private parties and wedding receptions. The size of the room makes its a versatile and can be divided into three to create three smaller breakout rooms. The Lansdown Club Suite is named after Bristol Sport owner Stephen Lansdown.

Take the journey our players would make to the Players’ Lounge via the Players Entrance in the Lansdown Stand and view the pitch from its very own exclusive balcony. As a versatile space the Players Lounge is ideal for smaller
corporate or private events for up to 150 people. There is also the option to have a bar available inside and a barbecue on the balcony with superb views over the pitch. The Players Lounge can also accommodate medium sized board meetings, training and networking sessions with the benefit of natural daylight, full air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Ashton Gate Stadium has 18 executive boxes which seat up to 12 delegates in a boardroom style. 4 of the 18 executive boxes expand into dual boxes seating up to 24 boardroom or 40 theatre style. All have pitch views with floor to ceiling windows, natural daylight, air conditioning and 46inch LCD TVs. Executive Boxes are available to hire from £250 per day inc VAT.
