Do you have a product or service that would be ideal for use in a stadium?  We can help you to advertise and promote these, as well as open doors for you…

Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit marketing collaboration with around 60 major football and rugby club members.  Our aim is to promote their non-matchday activities, such as a venue for conferences and events.  We meet across the country five times a year, to discuss the latest industry updates and share best practice.

As part of these meetings, we can provide time for companies to present their product or service for use in stadium venues.  The benefit of this opportunity is meeting many clubs all at one time, saving time and money in travelling to each club individually.

The Audience

The main members meeting predominantly includes conference, events and sales managers from each stadium venue.

In addition, at every other meeting we also have the Public Catering management from each stadium in attendance.  They have a separate meeting alongside the other meeting to discuss best practice for public catering on match days (i.e. public kiosks and bars).  This audience is particularly keen to hear more about food and drink products as well as catering innovations.

Presenting to stadium venues

Your presentation slot will include up to 20 minutes for your presentation to your chosen audience, and 10 minutes for Q&A.  You are welcome to do formal presentations, more relaxed demonstrations, or something else entirely!  This will be then followed with networking opportunities over an informal lunch, as well as a tour of the stadium.

The list of meeting attendees and their contact details will be sent to you after the meeting for you to follow up directly with clubs.  Your contact details will also be shared with all clubs that are part of the Stadium Experience group.  All member venues (around 60) are invited to each meeting, and the list of members can be found here.  Recent new members include; AFC Fylde, Aviva Stadium, Burnley, Croke Park Stadium, Gloucester Rugby, Harlequins Rugby, Ipswich Town, Leeds United, Manchester United, Munster Rugby, Notts County, Ospreys Rugby, Scunthorpe United, St. George’s Park, St Helen’s Rugby, Stoke City, Swansea City, West Ham United, and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
