Brighton Meeting Rooms – The Amex Stadium
The American Express Community Stadium, is home to The Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, and is otherwise affectionately known as the Amex Stadium. It is the South Coast’s most exciting conference, events and meeting venue beautifully based in the picturesque South Downs National Park and situated only 1 hour outside of London.
The prestigious Amex Stadium boasts 10 stunning conference and event lounges as well as 21 executive boxes, which offer complete flexibility and are ideal for any size meeting, corporate or private and social event. All of the lounges and meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and views of the stadium and pitch or the South Downs National Park and include complimentary wireless internet access throughout the stadium. Featuring state of the art audio visual equipment across the different spaces, with an added upgrade option of a Clickshare facility which is a smart and neat wireless connectivity. The venue can cater for a variety of events including conferences, team building days, dinners, awards ceremonies, proms, graduation ceremonies, smaller exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate receptions, Christmas parties (both shared and exclusive), private parties, civil ceremonies and wedding receptions.
Our flagship lounge The Mayo Wynne Baxter has an incredible vaulted ceiling, 30 foot wall of windows, alongside 2 bars, aerial hanging points and a double aspect view including both stadium and pitch. The sleek wavy design of the ultra modern ceiling, symbolises the Brighton seacoast giving the space a dramatic look and feel. This lounge does have the ability to accommodate 450 – 800 guests.
Other lounges available are the italk, Heineken, Gap Solutions, Sussex Skills Solutions, Harvey’s Brewery, Mansell Mctaggart, Fileder Filter Systems and American Express with varying capacities of 14 – 500 guests depending on both suitability and desired layout.
The stadium’s individual executive boxes can seat up to 10 guests, and are ideal for board meetings, small dinners or for breakout spaces.
To add to the portfolio, there are a further 5 concourses and outside space which are ideal spaces for large exhibitions, fairs, exams and indoor team building activities. The 5 concourses are situated on the ground floor and have three phase, single phase and 13 amp power points.
The modern curve design of the stadium was created in mind to represent the rolling hills of the spectacular South Downs paying homage to it’s surroundings.

Access to the Amex Stadium, Brighton
The Amex stadium benefits from exceptional links to the A27 & A23/M23 to London and boasts a complimentary guest car park with up to 600 car parking spaces. However in line with our green credentials, we do actively encourage our visitors to use public transport. Falmer train station is onsite here at the stadium and just an 8 minute train journey from Brighton or Lewes, making it easily accessible for all visitors and an easy option for all.
