The events are decided based on member interest and feedback. This calendar continues to develop through the year, so please do check this page regularly. These events are just a small part of the activities Stadium Experience offers – Find out more about us, our activities and exclusive group discounts.
One of the benefits of joining and being a Stadium Experience member venue is the opportunity to participate in shared meetings, exhibitions and agent visits at key selected events across the country. This greatly reduces the cost to visit or exhibit independently as the cost is not only shared, but also subsidised by Stadium Experience. Many visits are completely free of charge to our member venues too. All member venues are represented at these events via the clubs attending and featured on our Stadium Experience Venue Guide.

Prestige Events 20/20 Club (Suppliers Meet Agents) – 19th February – Swingers, Oxford Street (London): All day event (8.30am – 3pm) with 1-2-1 meetings with 20 fully vetted buyers, includes ice-breaker, venue tour and networking lunch. Space for 2 representatives/venues. Brentford and Southampton to attend.
The PA Show (With Confex) – 25th & 26th February – ExCel London: A Stadium Experience shared stand with space for up to 4 venues. Coventry Building Society Arena, Derbyshire County Cricket, Rangers (Elior Venues) and Manchester City attending.
Inspirational Venue Roadshow – 9th March – Down Hall, Bishops Stortford, Essex: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group). Space for 2 representatives/venues. Brentford and Coventry Building Society Arena attending.
