Here is a summary of the Stadium Experience events held in recent months.  The events are decided based on member interest and feedback.  This calendar continues to develop through the year, so please do check this page regularly.  These events are just a small part of the activities Stadium Experience offers – Find out more about us, our activities and exclusive group discounts.

Exhibitions & Agent Visits: One of the benefits of joining and being a Stadium Experience member venue is the opportunity to participate in shared meetings, exhibitions and agent visits at key selected events across the country.  This greatly reduces the cost to visit or exhibit independently as the cost is not only shared, but also subsidised by Stadium Experience.  Many visits are completely free of charge to our member venues too.  All member venues are represented at these events via the clubs attending and featured on our Stadium Experience Venue Guide.

Stadium Experience Members Meeting – 19^th January on Zoom:  MIA update and industry trends shared with all members.

Independent Venue Roadshow – 6th February – Lakeside Hotel and Spa, Windermere:  All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group).  Attended by Huddersfield.

Calders Mini Expo Lunch – 24^th February, Leeds: Space for 2 venues to attend to meet 40 of the Calders team. Leeds United & West Ham United attended.

Stadium Experience Members Meeting – 7^th March on Zoom:  The Delegate Wranglers update with all members.

Independent Venue Roadshow – 20th March – Butlins Bognor Regis: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group).  Bristol City/Bristol Bears attended.

Calders Mini Expo Lunch – 17^th April, Leeds:  Space for 2 venues to attend to meet 40 of the Calders team. Newcastle United & Southampton attended.

Public Catering Managers Members Meeting – 20th April on Zoom

OFFERED – CHS Leeds Show 2023 – Leeds – 25^th April (The Royal Armouries):  Cost to exhibit alone is £2070+VAT (stand only early bird rate).  SE offered at £545 for up to 4 clubs, or £725 for 3. 

MCOCO Expo – 15^th May Voco St John’s Solihull:  Twickenham and Levy Restaurants (Aston Villa) attended. 

Independent Venue Roadshow – 22^nd May – Haycock Manor Hotel, Peterborough:  All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group). Tottenham Hotspur and MK Dons attended. 

Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2023 – 8th June at Southampton FC

ArrangeMY Venue Expo – 14^th June, Worcester: Meeting their Venue Sourcing, Event and Accommodation bookers. Edgbaston Stadium & MK Dons attended.

The Meetings Show – 28^th & 29^th June – London ExCel:  Stadium Experience was a stand partner on The Delegate Wranglers. Southampton & Principality Stadium attended Day 1.  Leeds Headingley Stadium & Hampden Park Stadium attended Day 2.

Independent Venue Roadshow – 10^th July – Farnborough International/Aviator Hotel: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group). West Ham United and Southampton attended.

Stadium Experience Members Meeting – 11th July on Zoom

Beam M&E Trends Session – 28^th July on Zoom:  Includes data from Venue Performance (YTD/H1 2023 data from the market), as well as an update from BVA BDRC.  Sessions are focused on benchmarking data so that attendees can consider their own venue’s performance against the general market place, and in some cases against a regional result or that achieved by similar types of venues, or for similar types of events. 

Greengage Webinar – 9^th August on Zoom:  Greengage Solutions offered a free webinar to learn more about the EcoSmart Accreditation, how to sell your eco-credentials to meetings and events organisers, optimising your listing with Choose Your Event & Venue Directory and offer to SE members.

Calders Mini Expo Lunch – 15^th September, Leeds: Space for 2 venues to attend to meet 30 of the Calders team. Doncaster Rovers and Coventry City attended. 

Independent Venue Roadshow – 18^th September – Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Birmingham: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group). Elior, and Coventry City attended.

Independent Venue Roadshow – 9^th October – Down Hall, Essex: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group).  Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur attending. 

Off Limits – Oct/Nov – Nottingham: Space for 3 venues to meet the venue booking teams.

OFFERED – CHS Birmingham Show 2023 – 31^st October (The ICC, Birmingham): Cost to exhibit alone is £2250+VAT (stand only early bird rate).  SE offered at £640 for up to 4 clubs, or £820 for 3.  

2024:

Independent Venue Roadshow – 5^th February – DeVere Tortworth Hall, Gloucestershire: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group).  Bristol City & Twickenham attending.

Independent Venue Roadshow – 11^th March – Matfen Hall, Northumberland: All day event with 1-2-1 meetings with 15 fully vetted buyers, networking and dinner (organised by CHS Group).  Newcastle Falcons & Newcastle United attending.
