Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit marketing collaboration, set-up by the clubs themselves in 2002 to jointly promote stadium venues for conference and events. If you work in a football, rugby or cricket club in the UK and have conference and events facilities to promote, then your venue is eligible to join Stadium Experience – See what our member venues say about us. Stadium Experience is owned by the member clubs. The association is run by a voluntary Leadership Team with representatives from a variety of clubs, as well as a dedicated Marketing & PR Manager not connected to any specific club. Collette Salmon from Liverpool Football Club is our Chair, and David Timms from Chelsea Football Club is our Vice Chair.
Stadium Experience currently has around 40 football, rugby and cricket club members across the UK.
Recent new members include; Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers, Doncaster Rovers, Hampshire Cricket, Hibernian, Huddersfield Town & Giants, Ipswich Town, Leicester City, Millwall, MK Dons, Portsmouth, Preston North End, Principality Stadium, Stockport County and Wigan Athletic.

All members are invited to share best practice and ideas, bring relevant topics to the table, as well as meeting potential suppliers.
We have created the opportunity for the Public Catering & Kiosk Managers at each club to attend and share best practice and ideas in their own meeting space. Nav Daine from Chelsea FC is our Public Catering Chair Person.
Visit and connect with other clubs to share ideas and provide feedback to aid improvements.
Opportunity to enter exclusive member award categories at The Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards. All members are eligible for 2 free tickets for that awards year, plus reduced rates to attend event held in May/June at one of our member venues.
Key agents are invited to attend Members Meetings to present and network. In addition, Stadium Experience arranges regular meetings for clubs to visit agents and present details on Stadium Experience members. Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit association and therefore fees are set to cover the costs of operating. The annual fees to join Stadium Experience for are below. The fees will be unchanged for 2024:
£695* for Premier League Clubs and National Stadia
£545* for Championship Clubs
£495* for all other Leagues, Scotland & Ireland, Rugby & Cricket Stadia
*Plus 0.5% administration fee on all transactions, regardless of payment method. Fees will be pro-rata if joining part way through a calendar year.
