What is Stadium Experience?
Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit company, set-up by the clubs themselves to jointly promote stadium venues. These prestigious and unique venues all work together to promote stadia as ideal venues, share ideas and best practice, and drive up standards across the industry.
The consortium’s activities include sharing best practice through regular industry networking events, joint exhibition opportunities, collaboration with event buyers and key agencies, newsletters and blogs, and its annual recognition event, the The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards and more. Who can join Stadium Experience?
Stadium Experience membership is open to football, rugby, cricket and athletics venues in the UK. If you would like to promote your conference and events facilities, help drive up the industry standards, and connect with other like-minded colleagues at other venues then we can help.
Stadium Experience has over 70 football, rugby, cricket and athletics stadium members across the UK. Recent new members include; Alexander Stadium, Birmingham City, Burnley, Millwall, Nottinghamshire County Cricket (Trent Bridge), Reading, Somerset County Cricket, Watford, West Bromwich Albion and Wrexham AFC.
Ownership & History
Stadium Experience is owned by the member clubs. The association is run by a dedicated Director not connected to any specific club, with support from a voluntary Leadership Team with representatives from a variety of clubs.
The consortium was established in 2002 by 5 football stadium venues wanting to collaborate. This expanded in 2013 to welcome rugby venues, and adding cricket venues in 2022. In 2026, the group welcomed athletics venues too. Today, Stadium Experience works with over 70 major UK stadium venues – See all members.

What does Membership Include? (Drop down menu)
All members are invited to share best practice and ideas, bring relevant topics to the table, as well as meeting potential suppliers.
We have created the opportunity for the Public Catering & Kiosk Managers at each club to attend and share best practice and ideas in their own meeting space. Henry Crane from Hull’s MKM Stadium is our Public Catering Chair Person.
Come together with stadium colleagues to meet key suppliers, hear the latest industry trends and motivational speakers. Open to both the Sales/Hospitality group and the Public Catering Group. See more about the next event.
Visit and connect with other clubs to share ideas and provide feedback to aid improvements.
Opportunity to enter exclusive member award categories at The Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards. All members are eligible for 2 free tickets for that awards year (Ts&Cs apply), plus reduced rates to attend event held in June/July at one of our member venues.
Key agents are invited to attend Members Meetings to present and network. In addition, Stadium Experience arranges regular meetings for clubs to visit agents and present details on Stadium Experience members. Recent collaborators have included; arrangeMY, Calders, Conference Care, Edge Venues, HelmsBriscoe, Jigsaw Events, KTS Events, Off Limits, Space2, The Conference Group, Venue Directory, Venue Finder, BCD and more.
The opportunity to stand-share and have a presence at exhibitions at a reduced price and subsidised by Stadium Experience. Recent examples include; CHS Leeds, CHS Birmingham, Inspirational Venue Roadshow, The Meetings Shows, 20/20 Speed Networking Events, MCOCO and more.
Each member has dedicated club pages to promote their conference and events facilities, and upload brochures.
Venues are also able to promote their latest news stories and job vacancies via the Stadium Experience website and social media.
Regular promotional literature is produced and sent to key event bookers across the UK, such as our Stadium Venue Guide. Also available is PDFs downloads on the Stadium Experience website and official email footers.
Stadium Experience has regular national advertisements and media coverage in conference and events media.
Regular E-Shots to 7000 event buyers, sharing member news and offers.
Investment in SEO and blog features, encouraging website visits and increased enquiries.
Stadium Experience is active on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Have your news and offers shared even further.
Have your say on the running of Stadium Experience by joining the voluntary Leadership Team.
Receive commission free enquiries via Stadium Experience in addition to enquiries directly to your club.
Stadium Experience are eligible for a whole host of group discounts with top suppliers.
Ask questions to like-minded members. i.e. sharing brochures, sharing costs of supplies and charging rates.
Receive warnings of bad debtors, fraudulent activities experienced by fellow member clubs, unco-operative clients, etc.
Member Discounts
Members of Stadium Experience are eligible for a range of group discounts.
Membership Costs
Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit association and therefore fees are set to cover the costs of operating. The fees have remained the same for a number of years, and will increase at 4% for 2027. The 2026 annual fees to join Stadium Experience are:
£721.41* for Premier League Clubs and National Stadia (£750.27 for 2027)
£565.71* for Championship Clubs (£588.34 for 2027)
£513.81* for all other Leagues, Scotland & Ireland, Rugby, Cricket & Athletics Stadia (£534.36 for 2027)
*Plus 0.5% administration fee on all transactions, regardless of payment method. Fees will be pro-rata if joining part way through a calendar year. All payments are +VAT.
