Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit marketing collaboration, set-up by the clubs themselves to promote stadium venues for conference and events. If you work in a football, rugby or cricket club in the UK and have conference and events facilities to promote, then you are eligible to join Stadium Experience. Stadium Experience is owned by the member clubs. The association is run by a voluntary Leadership Team with representatives from a variety of clubs, as well as a dedicated Marketing & PR Manager not connected to any specific club. Collette Salmon from Liverpool Football Club is our Chair, and David Timms from Chelsea Football Club is our Vice Chair.

Recent new members include Blackburn Rovers, Doncaster Rovers, Hampshire Cricket, Hibernian, Huddersfield Town & Giants, Ipswich Town, Northampton Saints, Principality Stadium and Wigan Athletic.
Regular Members Meetings – All members are invited to share best practice and ideas, bring relevant topics to the table, as well as meeting potential suppliers.

Public Catering Virtual Meetings – We have created the opportunity for the Public Catering & Kiosk Managers at each club to attend and share best practice and ideas in their own meeting space. Nav Daine from Chelsea FC is our Public Catering Chair Person.
Swap Shop – Visit and connect with other clubs to share ideas and provide feedback to aid improvements.
Awards Recognition – Opportunity to enter exclusive member award categories at The Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards. All members are eligible for 2 free tickets for that awards year, plus reduced rates to attend event held in May/June at one of our member venues.
Agent Networking – Key agents are invited to attend Members Meetings to present and network. In addition, Stadium Experience arranges regular meetings for clubs to visit agents and present details on Stadium Experience members. Recent collaborators have included arrangeMY, Calders, Edge Venues, HelmsBriscoe, Jigsaw Events, KTS Events, Liz Hobbs Group, Meetings Industry Association, Off Limits, Space2, The Conference Group, Venue Directory, Venue Finder, BCD and more.
Exhibitions – The opportunity to stand-share and have a presence at exhibitions at a reduced price and subsidised by Stadium Experience. Recent examples include CHS Leeds, CHS Birmingham, Independent Venue Roadshow, 20/20 Speed Networking Events, Event Organisers Summit, Event Agency Forum and more.
Stadium Experience Website – Each member has dedicated club pages to promote their conference and events facilities, and upload brochures. A brand new website will be created in late 2022.
Promotional Material – Regular promotional literature is produced and sent to key event bookers across the UK, such as our Stadium Venue Guide. Also available is PDFs downloads on the Stadium Experience website and official email footers.
National Advertising & Media Coverage – Stadium Experience has regular national advertisements and media coverage in conference and events media.
Newsletters to Event Buyers – Regular E-Shots to 7000 event buyers, sharing member news and offers.
SEO & Blogs – Investment in SEO and blog features, encouraging website visits and increased enquiries.
Social Media Support – Stadium Experience is active on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Have your news and offers shared even further.
Lead Stadium Experience – Have your say on the running of Stadium Experience by joining the voluntary Leadership Team.
Enquiries – Receive commission free re-active enquiries via Stadium Experience in addition to enquiries directly to your club.
Support Network – Ask questions to like-minded members. i.e. sharing brochures, sharing costs of supplies and charging rates.

The main reason most clubs join Stadium Experience is to attend the networking meetings, which are currently being held virtually on Zoom. At these meetings, the clubs share best practice on the initiatives they find are improving their sales and also those which may not work so well. Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit association and therefore fees are set to cover the costs of operating. The annual fees to join Stadium Experience for 2022 are*:
£675 for Premier League Clubs and National Stadia
£525 for Championship Clubs
£475 for all other Leagues, Scotland & Ireland, Rugby & Cricket Stadia
*Plus 0.5% administration fee on all transactions, regardless of payment method.
Fees in 2023, will increase by £20 to cover increasing costs. This is the first price increase in 8 years.
