Stadium Experience meets regularly to discuss the latest industry updates and share best practice. As part of these meetings, we can provide time for companies to present their product or service for use in stadium venues.
The benefit of this opportunity is meeting many clubs all at one time, saving time and money in travelling to each club individually. This is the ideal opportunity for companies to get that initial foot in the door, and enable further discussions.
We have two audiences available. The first includes conference, events sales and hospitality sales managers from each stadium venue.
The second group includes public catering and kiosk management from each stadium (covering fan catering on a matchday). This audience is particularly keen to hear more about food and drink products as well as catering and kiosk innovations.
All member venues (around 50) are invited to each meeting, and the list of members can be found here. Recent new members include; AFC Wimbledon, Arsenal, Blackpool, Bolton Wanderers, Coventry City, Edgbaston Cricket, Hampshire Cricket, Hibernian, Huddersfield Giants, Huddersfield Town, Ipswich Town, Lancashire Cricket, Leicester City, Millwall, MK Dons, Murrayfield Stadium, Portsmouth, Preston North End, Principality Stadium, Rotherham United, Stockport County, Warrington Wolves, Warwickshire Cricket, Wigan Athletic and Yorkshire Cricket.
Your presentation slot will include up to 15 minutes for you showcase your product or service to your chosen audience, and time for any questions. You are welcome to do formal presentations, more relaxed demonstrations, or something else entirely! In the current climate, our meetings have moved to a virtual format using Zoom. The additional benefit of this format is increased attendance, no travel costs, and the opportunity to have your presentation recorded and sent to all of our 150+ contacts at around 50 stadium venues.
In addition to this, the list of meeting attendees and their email addresses will be sent to you after the meeting for you to follow up directly with clubs. Your contact details will also be shared with all clubs that are part of the Stadium Experience group.

Our meeting opportunities are popular, and are often sold out several months in advance. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. If you are looking to present at multiple meetings, we recommend spreading this across the year to maximise your exposure and avoid repetition. Booking two consecutive meetings is not permitted to ensure variety at our events.
