The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards recognise and raise the profile of the fantastic commitment of the matchday hospitality and specialist events teams that work tirelessly at stadium venues across the UK.
The 2025 awards will be the 18th annual awards and will be hosted at Brighton & Hove Albion FC on Thursday 3rd July (read official venue announcement).
This black-tie event includes a gala dinner celebration (with their award-winning ‘Tunnel Club’ menu), drinks reception, awards ceremony, entertainment and onsite after party until the early hours. The event start time is 6.30pm, with the awards ending around midnight. The onsite after party continues until 3am.

Each award category is independently judged (Stadium Experience does not judge any of the awards).
Some categories are voted for by stadium directors, The British Culinary Federation organise and judge the Chef Team of the Year Award, and expert chefs judge the Matchday Hospitality Awards. The majority of categories are decided by a team of experts with many years experience in their fields, which vote for their top 3 entries.
The awards are an excellent opportunity to raise your profile to top stadia venues (football, rugby and cricket), with around 450 guests in attendance on the night, from around 60 stadium venues across the UK.
