Book Your Awards Tickets
The event will welcome around 600 guests from across the UK for a glittering awards dinner to celebrate the very best in the industry. Why not treat your team to a night out and celebrate with others from UK stadium venues? You could even invite your suppliers! You can buy individual tickets or tables of 10 or 12. Please note, due to the popularity of the event, any bookings of less than 10 will be on shared tables with other guests.
Tickets include: Drinks reception, 3 course banquet, DJ, Onsite After Party, Awards Ceremony & Celebrations. The event is Black Tie and starts at 6pm. The After Party starts around midnight, with carriages at 3am. Event tickets are issued digitally to your mobile phone on the Stadium Experience app (by Tixserve).
The 2027 awards will be held at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol on Thursday 1st July 2027. This will be the 20th annual awards event, held in the 25th anniversary year of Stadium Experience. In the last few years this event has been fully booked by Christmas – It is recommended that you book your tickets early to avoid disappointment!

Discounted Member Tickets & Priority Access
Stadium Experience members venues receive discounted ticket rates and priority access for this event (Oct-Jan). Individual tickets are £150+VAT each (discounted rate), available from 1st October 2026.
If your venue pays their annual membership fee in full by 15th January 2027, then your venue is eligible to claim up to 2 free tickets*. Upgrade to a table of 10 for just £1200+VAT (10 for the price of 8), or a table of 12 for just £1500+VAT (12 for the price of 10).
*venues must claim free tickets by 15th March 2027, after which time free tickets are subject to availability. The free tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not eligible for refund.
Non-Member Tickets
Individual tickets are £225+VAT each. Upgrade to a table of 10 for £2,250+VAT or a table of 12 for £2700+VAT. Available to purchase from 31st January 2027.
Payment Terms
All payments are subject to 0.5% admin fee, and +VAT. Payment terms are 30 days, with bookings after 1st May due on receipt of invoice. All payments must be made in advance of the event by bank transfer.
Two Free Tickets Offer Terms – Each member venue of Stadium Experience has the opportunity to receive two free tickets to the annual awards (2 tickets per venue). Terms apply:
- Your venue must pay the annual Stadium Experience membership fee no later than 15th January 2027.
- Tickets can be booked from 1st October 2026. To claim your venues two free tickets, please complete the booking form by 15th March 2027.
- After this date your free tickets allocation will be released for general sale, and are then only available subject to availability.
- Max claim of 2 free tickets per venue, which may be claimed by the payee of the annual membership to Stadium Experience (this may be club or catering partner for example).
- Cancellation of these tickets less than 14 days prior to the event and no shows at the awards will be charged £150+VAT per ticket. This is due to costs incurred after this time.
Cancellation Terms
Please contact office@stadiumexperience.com asap if you have a change or reduction to your ticket requirements. Our cancellation terms are as follows;
- Cancellations within 90 days of the event charged at 50%
- Cancellations within 60 days of the event charged at 100% (Non-refundable)
Please Note: Tables of less than 10 may be shared with other guests.
Receiving Your Tickets - Guest Details
As lead booker, for each guest you will need to provide guest name, dietary requirements, email (for awards communications only) and mobile phone number. Please ensure you submit the details no later than 19th May 2027.
A digital ticket, (provided by Tixserve) will be sent to each of your guests phones in early June. This will include all the event timings and details, access to the event and competitions through the evening. Please ensure you have updated the Stadium Experience app to the latest version.
