The event welcomes around 400 guests from across the UK for a glittering awards dinner to celebrate the very best in the industry. Why not treat your team to a night out and celebrate with others from UK stadium venues? You could even invite your suppliers! You can buy individual tickets or tables (tables are normally 10 or 12 guests).
Tickets include: Drinks reception, 4 course banquet, DJ, Onsite After Party, Awards Ceremony & Celebrations. The event is Black Tie and usually begins at approximately 6.30pm. The After Party commences at midnight, with carriages at 4am. Tickets will be issued digitally to your mobile phone by Tixserve. Pre-order your drinks online here.
The 2024 awards will be held at Elland Road, home of Leeds United FC on Thursday 4th July 2024.

Stadium Experience members venues receive discounted tickets for this event. Individual tickets are £110 each. If your venue pays their annual renewal in full by 15th January 2024, your venue is eligible for 2 free tickets*. Upgrade to a table of 10 for just £880 (10 for the price of 8), or 12 for £1100 (12 for the price of 10). (*non-transferable and no cash value or refund).
Individual tickets are £160 each. Upgrade to a table of 10 for £1,600, or a table of 12 for £1,920.
All payments are subject to 0.5% admin fee. As Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit association, no VAT is charged. All payments must be made by bank transfer in advance of the event. Card payments are not accepted.
Two Free Tickets Offer – To claim your two free tickets, please complete the booking form by 30th April 2024 (Available to Stadium Experience Member venues only). Cancellation of these tickets less than 14 days prior to the event and no shows at the awards will be charged £110+0.5% admin fee per ticket. This is due to costs incurred after this time.
Once you have booked your tickets using the form below, please ensure you submit the details for each of your guests, no later than 20th May 2024. This will need to include guest name, dietary requirements, email (for awards communications only) and mobile phone number. A digital ticket, (provided by Tixserve) will be sent to each of your guests phones a few weeks prior to the event. This will include all the event timings and details, access to the event and competitions through the evening. Please ensure you have updated the ticket app to the latest version.
