Entries should focus on:
- Demonstrating clear commercial growth through increasing spend per head, average transactional values or reducing cost through ingenious efficiencies. The progressive impact can be via innovation, new service delivery enhancements and / or the use of technology.
- Showcasing the food offer at the highest level: From local hero products to offering a sales mix which demonstrates it provides not only what the fans crave but also where the high street and new market trending offers can fit into a stadium catering environment.
- Evidence of proactive sustainability changes – How does your retail catering operation contribute?
Evidence you could include in your entry can be statistics, customer feedback, pictures etc. Please ensure your entry is strictly no longer than 2 sides of A4 in total. You may submit one additional page for visuals (if required).
To Enter: Please complete the entry form below (you can select multiple categories to ensure these are processed on one invoice if preferred). Supporting documents should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 31st March 2023.
Independent Judging Process: This award will be independently judged by a panel of industry experts. Each will provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place vote, translated to scores. The entry with the highest score wins. Clubs may enter more than one team for this award category.
Results: Bronze, Silver and Winner awards will be announced and presented at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2023. All award winners will be invited to the stage to collect their award. Winners will be asked for a short quote for the official awards press release, and a brief video interview on the night to share your success.
