Award Criteria:
The Non-Matchday Mystery Shopper Award category will be judged by VCA Consulting UK and is based on a mystery shopper corporate/business event sales enquiry call and follow up correspondence, which will be made during Spring 2024. The judges will be provided with the publicly available event sales telephone number and email address for your venue before making their telephone enquiry.
Comprehensive results and call recording will be available after the awards evening directly from VCA Consulting UK, which will provide useful industry feedback and recommendations to use as training aids.
The call process may be repeated to establish a clear Winner, Silver and Bronze Award. All call details will be made available after the awards evening.
To Enter: Please complete the entry form below (you can select multiple categories to ensure these are processed on one invoice if preferred).
Results: Bronze, Silver and Winner awards will be announced and presented at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2024. All award winners will be invited to the stage to collect their award. Winners will be asked for a short quote for the official awards press release, and a brief video interview on the night to share your success.
