Craig has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, initially in iconic venues, including the Roundhouse and London Eye, before moving into the recruitment world in 2012.
Having worked for several recruitment agencies, Craig applied his personal values and quickly built a great reputation and loyal following ,recruiting for high profile companies in hospitality and leisure, up to executive level.
Recruitment and its connotations of impersonal, pushy sales couldn’t be further from Craig’s own approach. For him, it’s all about connecting with like minded people to provide personalised service and build long term relationships.
More recently; Craig launched his own company, mum and hopes you will stop by and say hello sometime.
Neil has been in the event industry for over 20 years working initially for the Littlewoods group and then for a med-comms agency until 2005 when he started his own events business – Red White Blue Ltd.
Organising mostly pharmaceutical events and working with clients all over the world, Neil then set up The Delegate Wranglers facebook group in 2014 to help him do his job better by the power of collaboration with the other members.
The Delegate Wranglers is now widely considered as THE go to group for the events industry, with current numbers standing at over 16,000 members, growing by around 250 members each week. Neil now travels the UK and Europe, working with venues and suppliers, speaking regularly at industry events and was also named as M&IT Personality of the Year in 2019 after being nominated and awarded this prestigious award by his peers.
Kevin is the Head of Partnerships at fcbusiness Magazine, which is the business magazine for the football industry serving as a practical guide to those involved in the business of running a football club at every level. Published since 2004, fcbusiness is now at the forefront of the football industry.
Juliet has been immersed in hospitality and events since her first role with Trusthouse Forte and subsequently enjoyed a successful career in venue sales and marketing, which also encompassed De Vere Hotels and Hotel de France. In the late 90’s she moved to the agency sector as an account director for an event management company, before becoming head of operations at Hoteline, which was later acquired by Hotelzon where Juliet headed up marketing in the UK. In 2011 she joined her husband as co-director of Polygon Consulting, and has been working with industry association HBAA as consultant Executive Director for the past four years.

Shirley won Venus Business Employer of the Year in 2014, and in 2007 the Stadium Experience Award for Outstanding Achievement rewarding her commitment to the industry.
Previously Shirley was the membership secretary for Stadium Experience until 2015, and managed the organisation on behalf of the members for 14 years. Shirley joined the conference industry at just 21 as a conference co-ordinator at one of Country Club Hotels properties in Hampshire and has since enjoyed almost 25 years within this exciting sector.
