Criteria

The Operations Team of the Year Award aims to recognise the often unseen behind-the-scenes teams that make stadium events run so smoothly.  Please provide evidence on how the nominated Operations Team has gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide the very best service to customers during the 2017/18 season.  Evidence you could include in your entry could be statistics, customer feedback, pictures etc.  Please ensure your entry is no longer than 2 sides of A4 in total.

Judging Process

This award will be judged by a panel of independent industry experts (See more about the judging panel here).  Each will provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place vote, translated to scores.  The Operations Team with the highest score wins.  Clubs may enter more than once.   All sections MUST be completed in order for your vote to qualify.

The fee to enter is £85 to cover administration costs.
