Your venue will be judged on the entire matchday experience, including efficiency pre-match, professionalism and customer service on the day with the main focus being on the catering and service experience. To enter, you must provide two places in hospitality at a match of your choice (ideally a Saturday match), with parking, in a non-exclusive suite that is available to purchase by the general public*. Tickets must be sent to Stadium Experience which will be sent to the judge at least 10 days prior to the match experience, along with the judging reporting pack. Venues with multiple clubs may enter one club per awards year.
*Must be hospitality packages sold match by match, which are available for individual purchase by the general public.
The match must be held by Sunday 21st April 2019 – Enter early to avoid disappointment!

This category is judged independently by expert chefs from Salon Culinaire. The judge will have strict criteria report pack with them, which has been developed by Salon Culinaire with the assistance of the Stadium Experience Leadership Team. The full report will be sent to you after the awards evening. The judges biography will be shared with you after their visit.
There will be a Bronze, Silver and Winner in each of the following categories:
Small Stadium = Up to 1000 Total hospitality guests
Medium Stadium = 1001 – 2000 Total hospitality guests
Large Stadium = Over 2001 Total hospitality guests
There will also be an award for the Overall Winner (taken from the total scores across the three categories).
An allocated judge and guest will visit your stadium to judge your matchday hospitality offering. Their name and biography will be shared with you following their visit. The 2019 judges are listed below.
