This award aims to recognise the very best stadium events venue within the UK & Ireland. Judges are specifically looking for a stadium venue which consistently displays exceptional venue facilities and outstanding guest experiences.
Stadium entrants for this award will need to provide a summary statement of no more than 250 words, and support their entry with three non-match day client case studies, which will be verified with the client by Stadium Experience. The case studies should focus on these four key areas:
1. Customer Service – Exceptional client and customer service and support (pre, during and post event)
2. Food & Beverage – Outstanding range of food and beverage options for guests
3. Technology & Production – State of the art equipment, technology and production support within the venue
4. Overcoming Challenges – Demonstrating excellence in problem-solving to drive success.
Supporting evidence can include statistics, customer feedback, pictures and testimonials. Each case study event must have been held since 01 May 2017.
This award will be judged by a panel of independent industry expert judges (See more information on the panel here). Each will provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place vote, translated to scores. The entry with the highest score wins. All sections MUST be completed in order for your entry to qualify.
