Results: Bronze, Silver and Winner awards will be announced and presented at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2023. All award winners will be invited to the stage to collect their award. Winners will be asked for a short quote for the official awards press release, and a brief video interview on the night to share your success.
Award Criteria:
The Non-Matchday Mystery Shopper Award category will be judged by HGEM and is based on a mystery shopper corporate/business event sales enquiry call and follow up email correspondence, which will be made during March or April 2023. The judges will be provided with the publicly available event sales telephone number and email address for your venue before making their telephone enquiry. View the report that will be used.
Comprehensive results and call recording will be available after the awards evening directly from HGEM, which will provide useful industry feedback to use as training aids.
The call process may be repeated to establish a clear Winner, Silver and Bronze Award. All call details will be made available after the awards evening.
