Award Criteria:
The Non-Matchday Mystery Shopper Award category will be judged by Sandown Effective Sales Solutions and is based on a mystery shopper corporate/business event sales enquiry call and follow up correspondence. The enquiry will be made during Spring 2025. The judges will be provided with the venue name only, ensuring they follow the complete customer journey before making their telephone enquiry. Comprehensive results and call recording will be available after the awards evening directly, which will provide useful industry feedback and recommendations to use as training aids.
The call process may be repeated to establish a clear Winner, Silver and Bronze Award. All call details will be made available after the awards evening.
To Enter: Please complete the entry form below (you can select multiple categories to ensure these are processed on one invoice if preferred).
Results: Bronze, Silver and Winner awards will be announced and presented at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2025. All award winners will be invited to the stage to collect their award. Winners will be asked for a short quote for the official awards press release, and a brief video interview on the night to share your success.
