This award is judged as part of a live kitchen event as part of The International Salon Culinaire programme of chef competitions in London. This will take place at the HRC Event (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering Event) – formerly known as Hotelympia (3rd – 5th March 2020). The live kitchen competition will take place on Thursday 5th March 2020 at ExCel London (duration one hour).
Chef teams will have one hour to prepare, cook and present a three-course menu suitable for their Club Chairman to entertain the Head of the FA or RFU to dinner. The meal should include a lamb main course with seasonal ingredients.
The fee to enter is £250* and entitles you to enter a team of two chefs into the live competition. *An additional 0.5% administration fee is applicable on all transactions.
Maximum of 10 teams able to compete (due to available kitchen stations). Enter early to avoid disappointment.

Stadium Experience has taken the difficult decision to cancel the Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards for 2020. The next awards will be held in Summer 2021 at Liverpool Football Club.
