Award Criteria:

The Visiting Rugby Directors Award category is voted for by Directors at each rugby club.  A nomination form is posted and emailed to every Club Secretary (or equivalent) asking for them to nominate the club where they had the best away experience when travelling with their team during the 2024/25 season. They are specifically asked to consider the welcome, service and catering when casting their votes. There will be an overall winner, silver and bronze award for UK rugby stadia.

How To Vote: Please complete the entry form below. 

Judging Process: One vote per club.  All sections MUST be completed in order for your vote to qualify.  Your vote will not count if any of the sections are incomplete.  Duplicate votes or votes for your own venue will not be counted.  The club with the highest score wins.

Results: Clubs nominated will be advised by email in April 2025.  Bronze, Silver and Winner awards will be announced and presented at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2025.  All award winners will be invited to the stage to collect their award.  Winners will be asked for a short quote for the official awards press release, and a brief video interview on the night to share your success.
