Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. As a Duty Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of the bars and kiosks run smoothly, providing exceptional service to our guests while managing staff effectively.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations and preparations of the bars and kiosks, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and culinary standards.
• Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without overextending resources.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Train new staff members in best practices, bartending techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management to achieve operational goals.
• On a matchday, the role will consist being a stand manager overseeing two stands per game.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong background in bartending and food preparation is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Desirable Experience:

– Personal license holder

– Level 3 Health and Safety

– Level 3 Food Safety

– First Aid Qualified.
