SUMMARY OF ROLE:

We currently have an opportunity for an Premium Hospitality Sales & Administration Executive at our fantastic Stadium at Elland Road. The Premium Hospitality Sales & Administration is responsible for providing sales, administration and clerical support to the Premium Hospitality team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties
• Providing day to day administrative support to the Premium Hospitality Team
• Processing hospitality bookings on the ticketing system
• Assisting with matchday preparation, including digital match ticket fulfilment, updating guest lists, table plans and all key matchday documentation
• Organising hospitality bookings/merchandise for club partners and sponsors
• Maintaining the online filing system and retaining responsibility for the keeping all commercial sales documentation and match day preparation file in order
• Assisting with organising commercial events

Premium Sales & Communications
• Responding to incoming emails and converting potential sales opportunities or directing to another member of the team
• Answering incoming enquiries/sales calls, taking messages and providing assistance or directing to the appropriate person
• Providing exceptional customer care to the Club’s key hospitality clients, partners and sponsors

Matchday Operations
• Liaising with the Catering Department on matchday catering requirements, menus and any other specific matchday requirements in the lead up to each game
• Assisting with matchday operations and hosting reception areas on matchday

Key Result Areas
• Maximizing matchday hospitality sales
• Effective management of matchday hospitality bookings and documentation
• Assisting in retaining clubs’ key hospitality clients, partners and sponsors

Other
• Any other duties as and when instructed by the Premium Hospitality Team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Excellent administration and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Professional and positive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Confident and personable and able to connect and build relationships with others easily
• Must be available to work matchdays – including weekends and evenings
• Experience in selling hospitality and/or knowledge of the Seatgeek ticketing system is preferred
