We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to deliver exceptional food and beverage services at our prestigious Members’ Pavilion and facilities on both match days and non-match days. This role involves working closely with high-profile internal and external stakeholders, including committee members, executive board members, and domestic and international cricket players.
Key responsibilities include managing match day operations, overseeing player dining experiences, planning and executing non-match-day events, and maintaining high standards of service across all functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage a dynamic team to deliver outstanding experiences for members and players alike.
