Welcome to Principality Stadium Experience, the meetings and events division of Principality Stadium. If you are looking for the perfect place to hold your meeting, event, exhibition, dinner, or conference, then where better than this iconic Welsh landmark in the heart of Wales’ capital city, Cardiff.
Formed in 2014 as a joint venture between the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) and Compass Group; Principality Stadium Experience (PSE) is the only official provider of match day hospitality and meeting and events facilities within the grounds of Principality Stadium.
As well as being one of the world’s greatest sporting arenas and the home of Welsh Rugby, Principality Stadium is one of Cardiff’s best equipped meetings venues. With our largest lounges being recently reinstated we offer in-house PA systems, microphones, repeater TVs and lecterns to support all meetings and event requirements, additionally our Wi-Fi is complementary across the stadium. Being a city centre location makes us easily accessible for delegates whether they arrive via train, car, foot, or bus, we are in the heart of Cardiff city centre. We have a dedicated events team on hand to assist with your day, from stadium stewards to greet your guests upon entry to an experienced event manager to deliver your event.

You don’t have be an international rugby player to enjoy our leading hospitality. With a large team consisting of event management, catering, and hospitality professionals, you can rely on our experience and expertise to deliver outstanding events, whilst you relax and enjoy our legendary catering and top customer service. Our kitchens, captained by Head Chef Ryan Jones champions the very best of seasonal Welsh produce and we can work together to create bespoke menus, or you can choose from an extensive range of delicious set menus for an intimate dinner, a banquet or buffet refreshments for a board meeting.
With 113 hospitality suites on the prestigious Level 5, each with an uninterrupted view of the pitch and six spacious lounges within the stadium, there’s a space to suit every occasion. Our dedicated team is ready to help you plan your next event – whether it’s an international conference, a breakfast networking event or a spectacular themed party. The Millennium Lounge is our biggest lounge, with a capacity for up to 300 guests. Ideal for large conferences and events, the Millennium Lounge has a brilliant view of the west of Cardiff and the River Taff, and is incredibly popular with clients. With built-in AV, this vast space is a great choice for those looking to hold a large-scale event.
Capacity: Up to 320 delegates
A popular choice for conferences and parties, The President’s Lounge is the second-largest lounge at the Stadium, with a capacity of around 300 guests. This lounge has recently been updated, with the installation of a optional partition that guests can use for splitting the room; making the President’s Lounge an incredibly versatile space that is perfect for any event.
Capacity: Up to 300 delegates
Our most high-spec space, the St David’s Lounge is a point of pride for the PSE team due to its incredible integrated Teams feature. Perfect for hybrid meetings, St David’s Lounge boasts built-in microphones and cameras that compliment the large screen that seamlessly connects to any Microsoft Teams meeting. Situated on Level 4, it has a capacity of around 34 boardroom style, or 100 guests theatre style, plus hundreds more online!
Capacity: Up to 160 delegates
The South Stand Lounge is our only pitch-facing lounge and is incredibly sought-after; its breathtaking view of the famous rugby pitch provides a unique backdrop to your event. The smallest of our lounges, making it perfect for a breakout space, board meetings, staff parties and away days; it’s certainly a great choice for those looking for a wonderfully memorable experience!
Capacity: Up to 84 delegates
Situated on Level 4, The Clubhouse sits directly below the Millennium Lounge, and has a capacity of around 150 guests. An incredibly versatile space, The Clubhouse has been used for parties, dinners, training, and even as a breakout space for large events. It’s stylish, modern decor makes it a favourite for clients and staff alike, and the riverside view is always a bonus!
Capacity: Up to 150 delegates
Principality Stadium is home to 113 executive private suites. All of our executive suites overlook the iconic rugby pitch, and are fitted with TVs that can be connected to via screen mirroring or a HDMI cable. A single executive suite can hold around 12 guests.
Capacity: Up to 14 delegates
As well as our single suites, we also have a few pitch-facing double suites. These are great for off-site team meetings or breakout spaces for large events, and are fitted with TVs that can be connected to via a HDMI cable or screen mirroring. A double executive suite can hold a maximum of 30 guests.
Capacity: Up to 30 delegates
The Principality Stadium offers a magical and festive setting for Christmas celebrations, creating a unique atmosphere that blends the spirit of the season with the iconic sports venue’s grandeur.
