Event Spaces at Carrow Road

The Top of the Terrace is one of our largest function rooms and is situated at the top of the Barclay Stand. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 500 delegates for a conference or 400 guests for a dinner. The room benefits from windows which run the full length of the room, with impressive views overlooking the pitch. With its own bars, serveries, cloakroom and toilet facilities, the room is completely self-contained.

The Lion & Castle is a newly modern refurbished large room which lends itself perfectly to exhibitions, networking events, live music, clubs and societies, training, and conventions for up to 600 guests. The Lion & Castle has a licenced bar and 2 self-serve beer walls. With two main entrances leading out to Carrow road.

The Top of the City is one of our most versatile function rooms. Located at the top of the South Stand, with stunning views of both the pitch and the Norwich skyline. It is a flexible room that accommodates up to 150 guests for a conference and is also perfect for seminars, workshops and celebratory parties. Our executive boxes are located all along the corridor leading to The Top of The City, perfect for break out rooms.

The Top of the City is also the home of Norwich City legend, Adam Drury, on matchdays. This popular function room is completely self-contained with its own bar, toilet facilities, cloakroom and stylish decor.

The Bluespace VIP Lounge is a newly modern refurbished room which lends itself perfectly to networking events, meetings, and conferences. Located in the Barclay stand, the Bluespace VIP Lounge is a stylish room accommodating up to 50 guests for a conference or meeting. It can accommodate up to 80 for a drinks reception as it has its own exclusive bar.

Yellows is also available for private hire throughout the week, and is perfect for parties, receptions and dinners, whatever the occasion. We have a selection of menus and drinks options available, so contact a member of our team to discuss your individual requirements.

Delia’s Restaurant and Bar is available for private hire from Sunday to Thursday, and is perfect for parties, receptions and dinners – whatever the occasion.

We can accommodate up to 120 for dinner, and up to 130 for a drinks reception.

Delia’s Restaurant is also open every Friday and Saturday from 7pm, booking is advisable.

The Gunn Club is our largest function room and is situated in the Barclay Stand. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 500 delegates for a conference or 440 guests for a dinner. Its dimensions make the lounge ideal for exhibitions and product launches. With HD Plasmas, its own bars, serveries, cloakroom and toilet facilities, the room is completely self-contained and benefits from plenty of space. There is also the opportunity of using The Bluespace VIP Lounge as a break-out area.

On a matchday, the lounge transforms with pre-match dining and Man of the Match presentations.

Located in the City Stand, the Ambassadors’ Lounge is an ideal room for mid-sized meetings and conferences for up to 80 delegates. It is a popular lounge, benefiting from natural daylight and its own bar. The room also boasts an adjoining syndicate room; The County Lounge can accommodate conferences for up to 70 delegates for a conference.

This popular function room is located in the City Stand and accommodates up to 50 delegates for a conference or meeting. The room benefits from natural daylight, its own bar and built-in audio and visual equipment. The Boardroom also has a syndicate room available; the adjoining 59ers can accommodate up to 70 people.

The Lattice Lounge is one of our mid-sized function rooms and is located in the Regency Security Stand and is ideal for meetings, training sessions and conferences for up to 40 delegates, but as it also benefits from its own bar it is a popular room for drinks receptions & buffets.

Along the corridor there are a selection of executive boxes too, great for use as break-out space.

The Gallery is a popular mid-sized function room situated in the Regency Security Stand. With natural daylight, The Gallery is perfect for presentations, meetings and conferences for up to 60 delegates; it is also a popular choice for private dining as it benefits from its own bar. All along the corridor, Executive Boxes are available for break-out space and pitch views.

Located in the Jomas Community Stand, Club 101 is a versatile room accommodating up to 100 guests in theatre style or up to 50 in cabaret style.

With white walls, slate tile flooring and natural daylight, this is a stylish room for a conference, meeting or drinks reception as it also has its own exclusive bar.

With a capacity of up to 10 people, they are an ideal size for small meetings, interviews, break-out space or private dining.

Hire our Executive boxes as a temporary office space on a daily or weekly basis.

With built in plasma screens, coffee and tea facilities, complimentary public wifi* and window view like no other, our South Stand Executive boxes are ideal spaces to entertain clients, conduct interviews and 1 to 1 meetings, or to simply have a quiet inspirational space to work from.

Prom Packages at Carrow Road Stadium in Norwich have been created to deliver you a perfect end of term celebration. Their dedicated and experienced events team are on hand to ensure that the event is a memorable success.  They have a range of different rooms for you to hire for your prom or graduation, with space for up to 900 guests.  

As part of your prom or graduation package, they will provide a delicious hot fork buffet meal designed by Delia and freshly prepared in their kitchens.

Traditional Christmas Party Night: Our popular party nights featuring Delia’s Traditional Christmas.  With stunning views over the floodlit pitch, the evening includes a welcome glass prosecco, three-course dinner followed by coffee with homemade chocolates and mince pies. Then dancing til the early hours with our resident DJ.  Tickets are priced at £52.00 per person. 

Club Tropicana Party Nights: Our Club Tropicana themed Nights are available throughout December.  The evening includes a two-course buffet and entertainment throughout the evening. Tickets are £47 per person.

Lion & Castle Christmas Party: New for 2024, introducing The Lion & Castle Christmas Disco Night. Bring your friends and colleagues to dance the night away.  The evening includes a free drink and a disco, with food available to purchase on the evening.  Tickets are just £10 per person.

You can’t go wrong with the Holiday Inn Norwich City, a three star hotel, located only 0.1 miles from the stadium. The hotel has 150 rooms, onsite parking and complimentary WiFi, as well as restaurant, bar and mini gym.  You are also able to use the nearby leisure facilities for swimming, completely free.
