Stadium Experience Welcomes 9 New Venues
Stadium Experience has welcomed nine new stadium venues in recent months. The not-for-profit association has welcomed AFC Wimbledon, Arsenal Football Club, Bolton Wanderers Football Club, FC United of Manchester, Portsmouth Football Club, Preston North End Football Club, Rotherham United Football Club, Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, and Warrington Wolves Rugby Club.
This follows eight new members joining the association in the spring of this year. These included; Bristol Rovers Football Club, Coventry City Football Club, Lancashire Cricket Club, Leicester City Football Club, Millwall Football Club, MK Dons Football Club, Stockport County Football Club and Warwickshire County Cricket Club. All of these new members now take the total Stadium Experience venues to well over 50 different clubs across the UK.
Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit marketing consortium, established in 2002. The purpose of the association is to share best practice and promote stadia as unique and prestigious venues for meetings, conferences and events. Venues join to jointly promote their venues, network and meet like-minded professionals from other stadium venues, share ideas and challenges, as well as participate in the prestigious Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards, now entering in their 17th year.

AFC Wimbledon
The Cherry Red Records Stadium is home to AFC Wimbledon, and boasts 13 event spaces for up to 700 delegates theatre style. The London venue also offers eight hospitality boxes ideal for smaller meetings and 1154sqm of exhibition space. Call 020 8547 3528 or email afcwimbledoncande@elior.co.uk.
Arsenal Football Club
The Emirates Stadium in London is home to Arsenal FC. This premiership football club offers 17 different event spaces for up to 700 delegates in a theatre style, as well as a variety of 80 executive boxes available for hire. Bolton Wanderers Football Club
The Tough Sheet Community Stadium is the home to Bolton Wanderers FC, and has an impressive 52 event spaces, which can welcome up to 2,000 delegates in a theatre style. They also have 38 prestigious boxes suitable for smaller meetings and break-out areas, as well as 2,500sqm of space for exhibitions. The venue also boasts an onsite hotel with 125 bedrooms. FC United of Manchester
Broadhurst Park Stadium is home to FC United of Manchester. The venue offers a variety of room set ups available, ranging from boardroom style for 15 guests, theatre style for conferences and party style for up to 150 guests. Call 0161 7692005 or email commercial@fc-utd.uk.
Portsmouth Football Club
Fratton Park is the home of Portsmouth FC. The south coast venue offers 6 event spaces for up to 400 delegates theatre style. The venue also boasts 4833sqm for exhibitions and trade show events.
Preston North End Football Club
The Deepdale Stadium is home to Preston North End FC, and has 6 event spaces for up to 400 theatre style. They also offer 22 hospitality boxes for hire which are ideal for smaller meetings and events. Call 07827 903915 or email northendevents@sodexo.com.
Rotherham United Football Club

Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium
Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium is Scotland’s National Rugby stadium, located in Edinburgh. The stadium can accommodate theatre style for up to 600 and cabaret for 400, as well as dining up to 1,200. The venue has 22 individual event spaces which received a full refurbishment in 2019. For an extra special touch, the 10 Murrayfield Boxes overlook the pitch and can each take 14 boardroom style. The venue also has 1,500sqm for exhibitions and trade shows. Warrington Wolves Rugby Club

About Stadium Experience
Stadium Experience was established in 2002 for football venues, and evolved in 2013 to welcome rugby stadium venues too. In 2022, the association expanded further to include cricket venues for the very first time. Some examples of the groups activities include; sharing best practice and ideas with regular networking events each year, joint exhibition opportunities, meeting event buyers and key agencies as a consortium, regular newsletters and blogs, an annual recognitions awards celebration; The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards and much more.
