The Halliwell Jones Stadium is home to Warrington Wolves Rugby League Club. The stadium was built in 2003, and is Warrington’s largest meetings, conferences and events venue.
The venue offers impressive and modern facilities, with a diverse range of pitch-facing suites and prestigious executive boxes. Combined with inspired menus the stadium is the ideal setting for your next event.
The 40/Twenty Lounge can host up to 400 guests. Perfect for all kinds of conferences and events, its versatility means there is no limit to how it can be dressed and themed.
With a central dance floor, stage area and two bars, this suite is most commonly used for wedding receptions, learning activities, banqueting occasions, parties, conferences, auctions and small exhibitions.
The Hall of Fame Lounge is ideal for a range of corporate events including meetings, training sessions, board meetings and mini conferences.
With its floor to ceiling windows and pitch views, this light and airy space is also perfect for private dining.
Covering the walls are portraits of past Warrington Wolves players, providing a truly unique and interesting function suite.
The Mike Gregory Lounge is a small, pitch-facing space; the ideal setting for small business meetings, intimate dinners or for use as a break out or refreshment area.
These two adjoining suites are ideal for conferences, small business meetings, wedding receptions and more, and can host up to 130 guests.
They are often used in conjunction with each other, with the Veep Lounge used as a syndicate, breakout or refreshment area.
Located in the North Stand, our range of executive hospitality boxes are available for corporate or private hire. All boxes face towards the pitch, giving you the perfect backdrop for your event.
Each room can be dressed as required, and are ideal for interviews, meetings or a small board meetings. You can also hire multiple boxes; and can be used as syndicate or break out rooms too.
There are 13 executive boxes in total; three of which can hold up to 20 delegates for a formal dinner or 15 in a boardroom style. All our Executive Hospitality Boxes have Disabled access.

Our Christmas party nights run throughout December, with incredible party night packages to choose from. If you are looking for your own bespoke private Christmas party – we can help with any requests you may have.
The Halliwell Jones Stadium caters for school proms, colleges & university graduations and we have the answer to ensure your 2024 gathering is a memorable one. Prom packages start from £35 per person and include; Two-course dinner or hot buffet, mocktail on arrival, room hire, DJ & dancefloor, red carpet, and balloon centrepieces.
