This is a core role in the in-house marketing team, responsible for driving awareness, growth and revenue across the group product portfolio.
As the Saracens Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that span a variety of channels. You will play a key role in driving fan engagement, brand awareness and revenue growth. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across Ticketing, Memberships, Retail, Venue and Community products through management of Saracens’ CRM programme, paid media and website, and through close collaboration of strategic thinking, creativity and analytical skills.

- JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
- LOCATION: StoneX Stadium, Greenlands Lane, Hendon, London, NW4 1RL and The Training Ground, Harpenden Lane, St Albans, AL3 6BB.
- CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full time
- REPORTING TO: Marketing Director
- SALARY: £40,000 per annum
- KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Marketing Director, all internal media teams as well as 3rd party agencies
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Key responsibilities:
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Develop compelling copy and content across a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, email campaigns, website content and more
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve fan engagement and retention through customer segmentation, personalisation, targeting and journey optimisation. This role will involve working with platforms including DotDigital and Salesforce
- Paid Media & Digital Advertising: Working with an agency, lead paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & Search) to drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales
- Event & Influencer Marketing: Coverage of rugby events plus management of high-profile influencer campaign both within and outside of the world of rugby
- Website Maintenance & Optimisation: Lead on upkeep of Saracens.com (through WordPress backend) ensuring content is up to date and UX is exemplary
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints so that Saracens identity is clearly communicated and upheld
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) for all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve performance
