Key Responsibilities:
- Cocktail Craftsmanship: Prepare classic and innovative cocktails with precision and creativity, ensuring each drink is a work of art.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of premium spirits, wines, liqueurs, and their origins, and offer expert recommendations to guests.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver personalized, attentive service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Matchday Operations Support: Collaborate with the Hospitality Team to ensure seamless staff coordination and support during events.
- Presentation Mastery: Create visually stunning cocktails and garnishes that enhance the luxurious atmosphere of our venue.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and cleanliness of the bar area.
- Communication & Engagement: Interact with guests professionally, making tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple orders, especially during peak times, without compromising on quality.
- Adaptability: Adjust your approach to match the theme of the event and the cultural preferences of our diverse clientele.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in luxury dining and mixology to offer contemporary and cutting-edge experiences.
Requirements:
- Availability to work on matchdays, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a calm demeanor.
- A proactive, flexible approach with a strong focus on team collaboration.
- Previous experience in mixology, particularly within a high-end or luxury setting, is highly desirable.
- Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for both guests and colleagues.
