Located in the heart of the North West, the The Brick Community Stadium, is a versatile Wigan venue with indoor and outdoor conference, meeting and event space for up to 1,000 people across multiple spaces and substantial free parking for 2,500 vehicles.
The Brick Community Stadium is a versatile venue with 12 flexible meeting rooms and event space that can accommodate 1 to 500 guests (in one room) for various types of functions, including conferences, meetings, training days, seminars, product launches and exhibitions. All our meeting and event rooms can be equipped with the latest presentation and communication technology, with FREE Wi-Fi as standard.
The Brick Community Stadium offers 4 Executive boxes and Boardroom available to hire for your conference, meeting or event. All 4 boxes have stunning pitch views and can accommodate up to 10 delegates. Each space includes a large screen for presentations and video conferencing along with free WiFi and air conditioning. Prices start from £75, or as part of a DDR.
The spacious Boardroom welcomes up to 32 guests, and includes 2 large screens, air conditioning and free WiFi. Prices for this room start from £195 or as part of a DDR package.
Our South Stand is the ideal area for indoor boxing and wrestling events. Over two floors, we can accommodate up to 1000 people across multiple spaces.

Located within The Brick Community Stadium, Whelan’s Sports Bar is a modern and comfortable place to enjoy a bite to eat and catch live sports. Our newly refurbished bar has plenty of 50” 4K screens throughout with live sports available, all of which you can enjoy with our freshly prepared menu. Our menu includes authentic woodfired pizzas, burgers and delicious sides including loaded fries, chicken wings and halloumi bites! We will also be serving Change Please coffee, which you can drink from the comfort of our sofas or take away.

Wigan is located between the major cities of Manchester and Liverpool. Nestled in the heart of the regional motorway network, Wigan has quick and easy access from the rest of the UK via the M62, East Lancs (A580), M6, M58 and M61. Rail links are exceptional. Frequent, direct services to London are available with a travel time of approximately two hours. Direct routes to Manchester and Liverpool in about 30 minutes and Birmingham in about one and a half hours. Wigan is well located to both Manchester International Airport and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, linking the area to the rest of the world.

Situated on the ground floor of the South Stand, the DW Sports Fitness Lounge is a multi purpose venue. Perfect for a large conference, product launch, exhibition, celebration events such as an award dinner or wedding reception.
The Lounge can accommodate a boxing ring and wrestling mat – making the space ideal for sporting events too.
It can accommodate up to 500 delegates theatre style or 400 people for a sit down dinner.
The South Stand Concourse is available as an ‘over flow’ area; numbers up to 1000 can be accommodated between the two areas.

Located in the heart of the Springfield Stand (West Stand) on level two, this suite has the facility to be partitioned into three separate areas, making it ideal for events requiring workshop/breakout rooms plus private registrations, refreshment and reception space.
With an 8′ projection screen, ceiling mounted LCD projector and sound system, this lounge is perfect for theatre or cabaret style conferences or any type of event where presentation equipment and sound is required.
Offering three bars, this Lounge is also the ideal choice for private lunches, dinners, buffet receptions and dinner dances

Situated on level 3 in the West Stand, the TOMACO Lounge has natural daylight, views of the playing surface, air-conditioning and bar.
It is the ideal venue for any type of event for up to 120 people.

Situated on the 3rd floor of the West, the Carling Lounge has natural daylight, views of the playing surface, air-conditioning and a self contained bar. The Heineken Lounge is the ideal venue for any type of event for up to 120 people.

Situated at ground level in the North Stand, The Marquee is truly a unique venue. Featuring a private reception area, draped ceiling, carpeting, one built in stage and one portable stage, large dance floor and three bars. It is a perfect venue for corporate and social occasions.
With vehicular access, 63 amp three phase power, array of lighting and internal PA system. The Marquee is equally ideal for exhibitions, fashion shows and presentations.

The Brick Community Stadium has an abundance of car parks of various sizes available which we use not only for parking vehicles but also for exhibitions, car clinics, team building, etc.
Car Park 1, in particular, is ideal for fun fairs, circuses, car boot sales and stunt shows. Around the perimeter of the stadium, the quadrants are also available for hire (South East Corner, North East Corner, etc) – these areas can be hired on a standalone basis or in conjunction with our lounges.
Adjacent and inter-connecting to the Boardroom, the Chairmans Club offers superb pitch views. With natural daylight and air-conditioning, it is the ideal room for private dining, intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions, training courses, meetings, syndicate work and board meetings.

All four Executive Suites enjoy views of the pitch. With a light and airy atmosphere, natural daylight and air-conditioning, theses suites are ideal for meetings, interviews, private dining and syndicate/workshops.
