The Totally Wicked Stadium offers 12 executive boxes for hire and includes fantastic pitch views. These rooms are ideal for smaller meetings for up to 12 people. Groups of up to 20 delegates can also be accommodated by opening up two central boxes into one larger suite. The boxes are also in close proximity to their larger function suites, providing the option for breakout rooms at your event. All boxes include free WiFi and facilities to have refreshments and food served throughout the day.
At the Totally Wicked Stadium, we are able to cater for a wide range of exhibition events, from smaller scale, to much larger events requiring multiple rooms and break-out suites. We offer adaptable spaces to suit all requirements and can tailor your package to your specific needs. We can also provide in-house, on-site catering and other support services to ensure your event runs perfectly.
We are situated in an ideal geographic location between Manchester and Liverpool with excellent road and rail links to both cities, and beyond. We also have free on-site parking for over 350 vehicles, meaning we can cater for organisations looking to attract larger numbers of attendees without the worry of finding local parking.

The Totally Stadium boasts modern, contemporary suites, some with stunning pitch side views and ample drive space for those all-important arrival vehicles! Arrive in style down the Red Carpet for your photo opportunities, followed by a 2 course meal and DJ to ensure you have fun on the dancefloor until the early hours. From a Hollywood-themed party to glamourous chic, their experienced events team can also offer support and advice on room setting and theming, the possibilities are endless!

All of our rooms are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships and some even boast panoramic views of the pitch! From the historic Hall of Fame to the modern features of our Premier Lounge, our suites can complement any wedding theme. So whether you’re looking for just an evening reception or to have your wedding celebration at the home of Saints, we promise to offer you a day like no other. The 1873 Lounge is our largest Suite based on the first floor of the South Stand. This room is a perfect setting for dinners and conferences for up to 400 delegates, the Suite also has its own built in partition wall to section off a small breakout for up to 100 delegates.
It has its own bar with direct kitchen access and is large enough to suit a wide range of events including large Conferences, Award Dinners, Charity Balls, Weddings, Exhibitions, Proms, Christmas Parties and other functions. On a match day, this space room plays host to St.Helens R.F.C.’s sponsors and match day hospitality guests.
The room’s large size allows easy accommodation of a stage, dance floor, DJ, large projection screen or pop up display as well as complimentary wi-fi access and plentiful power supply points.
With stunning views overlooking the Totally Wicked Stadium pitch, the Stapleton Derby Premier Lounge is a fabulous glass fronted suite that offers an abundance of natural daylight and is the ideal setting for medium sized functions such as training, recruitment and conference events.
The contemporary space is also ideally suited to accommodate other private functions such christenings, birthday parties, wedding receptions and wakes. The suite can accommodate up to 220 delegates with its own bar and close access to our corporate boxes for the use of breakout rooms.
On a match day, the suite plays host to the members of the Premier Business Club who enjoy the relaxed and informal atmosphere of the lounge as well as the Club’s business networking opportunities.
This Suite offers the same incredible viewing experience as the Stapleton Derby Premier Lounge, located in the opposite side of the second floor of the South Stand.
The glass fronted Suite can host a range of private functions including christenings, birthday parties, wedding receptions and wakes for up to 180 people, with the room being flexible enough to host a variety of set-ups and room configurations to suit your needs and requirements. The Suite is also furnished with the portraits of more than 40 St.Helens R.F.C. legends who have been inducted into its Hall Of Fame, as well as a huge wall mural depicting an image of every member, stretching the full length of the room giving the suite a stunning and truly unique feel.
On a match day the Suite hosts both the visiting team and the St.Helens players and their families as well as other guests.
As with all other main Suites, the Hall of Fame has its own bar and complementary wi-fi access.
Named after legendary former Player, Coach, Director and Chairman, the Eric Ashton Boardroom offers a truly unique and intimate setting for your event.
The lavishly furnished suite, which can hold up to 80 guests, is tucked away in the centre of the South Stand and offers the perfect location for private meetings, interviews or board meetings as well smaller private parties. On a match day the suite hosts the St.Helens R.F.C. Directors and VIP guests.
All our executive boxes are located on the second floor of the South Stand, with fantastic views of the 18,000 capacity stadium and pitch. Our 12 executive boxes are ideal for smaller meetings for up to 12 people.
Parties of up to 20 delegates can also be accommodated by opening up our two central corporate boxes into one larger suite. The boxes are in close proximity to our larger function suites, giving the option for them to be used as breakout rooms for your larger conference.
All boxes are available with free Wi-fi and have a facility to have refreshments and food served throughout the day at your convenience. The boxes are ideal for smaller businesses who require away days, board meetings, interviews and planning out of the normal office environment.
The Red V Café Bar has direct access from the front of the stadium located on the ground floor of the South Stand next to the Club Superstore and museum.
The bar is the ideal suite to accommodate informal celebrations such as private parties, anniversaries and christenings. The room is emblazoned with St.Helens R.F.C. wall murals and on a match day plays host to the fans bar.
Our Festive Party Nights are the perfect way to celebrate this special time of year with family, friends or colleagues, so join us and let us spread a little festive cheer.
Whether you prefer a night of glitz and glamour or one of our traditional festive party nights we will be sure to put you in the party mood!
