Saints Events looks after the conference, events and hospitality facilities at St. Mary’s Stadium, home of Southampton FC.

This prestigious venue is Southampton’s most exceptional events venue and the perfect place for large scale conferences, exhibitions, dinners, meetings and celebration events.  As a premier league football club, we know how to combine creativity and unique environments to deliver ambitious events with a personal touch for up to 500 guests. Our new pitch-facing lounge, The Halo, provides a wonderful setting for dinners and celebrations, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the St Mary’s pitch.

St Mary’s Stadium boasts 43 unique boxes available for hire, suitable for up to 20 delegates. All boxes are pitch-facing, feature a plasma TV, kitchenette to self-service refreshments, and can be booked for room hire only, or together with a catering package. Prices start from £180+VAT.

Join us for Christmas 2024 at Southampton FC. Choose from a variety of Après Ski inspired party packages, from traditional seated options to more informal party nights. We also have shared party options too. 

Whether it’s celebrating success or supporting a great cause, we provide banqueting and bespoke catering to make your meal memorable.

Choose from a variety of their suites to reflect your theme including The Halo, with pitch views, or the light and modern Markus Liebherr Lounge.  The stadiums Mike Channon Suite with built-in AV, can host up to 500 guests. You can choose from their exciting street food menu, have fun with a doughnut wall, or enjoy a three-course seated meal.

With a 4m ceiling height their main exhibition space, the Kingsland Suite, can host up to 100 exhibition stands, and has been the home of the Southampton Beer Festival for many years.  For smaller trade shows the Itchen Suite and Mike Channon Suite can accommodate up to 40 exhibition stands each and are both adjacent to additional event spaces for break-out sessions and seminars. Alternatively, for networking events the Staplewood Lounge and Markus Liebherr Lounge can accommodate up to 20 exhibition stands.

Whether it’s a British or Asian wedding, a dinner, party or prom, we have the perfect space for celebrations of every size.

The Halo at St Mary’s Stadium is a newly renovated event space that offers stunning pitch-facing views and ample natural daylight

The Halo is a modern and stylish suite and is the ideal setting for a variety of events, including conferences, dinners, and networking events. The Halo is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, making it perfect for presentations and speeches. The suite also offers flexible seating arrangements, allowing you to customise the space to suit your specific needs. Whether you’re hosting a small meeting or a large corporate event, the Halo is sure to impress your guests.

The Mick Channon Suite is a large event space that is fully equipped for a conference, seated dinner or celebration event.

It is equipped with a built-in PA system and 9 plasma screens, making it suitable for presentations and speeches. The suite offers a variety of room layout options and table capacities to suit different event needs. Whether you are planning a corporate event, a wedding, or a Christmas party, St Mary’s Stadium has the perfect event space for you. With a variety of spaces to choose from and a team of experienced staff to help you plan your event, St Mary’s Stadium is sure to make your event a success.

The Markus Liebherr Lounge has recently been refurbished and provides a wonderful setting for a variety of events.

The Markus Liebherr Lounge is a versatile event space that can accommodate up to 160 guests. Its’ recent refurbishment has given it a modern and stylish look, making it suitable for a variety of events, from conferences and banquets to corporate dinners. The lounge offers a variety of room layout options, including a theater-style layout for presentations and a banquet-style layout for dining. It is also equipped with modern audiovisual equipment, including a built-in PA system and projection screens, making it ideal for presentations and speeches.

The Matthew Le Tissier Suite is a versatile event space that offers a modern and vibrant atmosphere, making it ideal for a variety of events.

The Boardroom is a versatile space that can accommodate up to 50 guests in a theater-style layout or 22 guests in a business boardroom configuration. The Boardroom is a great option for meetings, conferences, and syndicate sessions. Its smaller size makes it ideal for more intimate gatherings, while its proximity to the larger Markus Liebherr Lounge allows for easy access to additional space and amenities if needed.

The Northam Fan Zone at St Mary’s Stadium is a large sheltered outdoor space that has a large screen.

The Northam Fan Zone can accomodate up to 750 standing and features a built-in bar for serving drinks and plenty of space for people to stand or sit. The fan zone is covered with shutters, making it a comfortable place to be even on cold and wet days. The Northam Fan Zone is a great option for hiring for events such as christmas parties and corporate meetings. It is a versatile space that can be customised to suit your needs.
