The stadium offers a range of spaces available to hire – including the Barracks, one of the largest spaces in the North-East with a capacity of 900 people.
Key Features
The Barracks is one of the largest single conference and banqueting facilities in the North East. Benefiting from state of the art audio visual equipment; vehicular access from our car park, natural daylight, wifi, permanent stage, this suite has the versatility to accommodate a range of events. Capacity of 900 for a dinner layout.
With a reception capacity of 3000 guests, the Platinum Club is perfect to hold informal events or a drinks reception prior to a dinner in the The Barracks. Situated on Level 2, the room also has three bars and two fast food counters which would effectively service visitors to public events. AV equipment was upgraded in 2024 adding in new PA system, speakers, TV’s and projection and screen.
The Moncur Suite is tastefully decorated and has a capacity of 280 guests for a reception or 200 for a dinner dance, making it an ideal choice for dinners, conferences and presentations. With a private bar and benefiting from natural daylight, it has an integral PA system with repeater screens and can be adapted to a variety of layouts.
With unrivalled views across the pitch, the Mapgie Club is a versatile, two-storey suite which can accommodate up to 250 guests in modern, spacious surroundings.
Few names are as intrinsically linked with Newcastle United as that of Sir Bobby Robson, in whose honour this room is named. Decorated in shades of black, white and grey, it can hold around 120 guests and is a popular choice for meetings and private dinners. It is fitted with a PA System and wireless broadband.
Situated in a quiet area of the stadium the Four Corners is bright and airy creating a relaxed, social atmosphere for all guests. The suite has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standards, benefitting from neutral colours, in shades of black and grey and also including a live cooking station. Capacity is up to 150 people for a reception or 120 for a dinner.
With a private bar facility, and recently refurbished to a very high standard, this suite benefits from natural light, enhancing its tasteful décor in shades of black, grey and purple. The suite has a welcoming atmosphere and with a capacity of up to 280 guests, it is an ideal choice for dinners, conferences and presentations.
A more intimate suite accommodating up to 45 guests, the Joe Harvey Suite suits most room layouts and is virtually self contained, benefiting from a private bar and private washrooms, with it’s own kitchen facility. The Joe Harvey Suite provides an exclusive setting for wedding ceremonies, intimate dinners or VIP pre-event drinks receptions.
A unique and tranquil space, furnished to the highest spec, the Partners Lounge features its own private bar, plasma screens and cloakroom. Perfect space for intimate gatherings or VIP receptions.
The executive boxes, with a view of the hallowed turf, accommodate between 10 and 40 delegates and are perfect for breakout rooms when used in conjunction with our larger conference suites, or when booked independently to hold interviews and small meetings.

St. James’ Park boasts 100 executive boxes available for hire with stunning pitch views. Single boxes can host up to 10 delegates, double boxes up to 20 delegates and even a two triple-sized box for up to 30 guests.
