Our extensive array of rooms, suites and lounges enable us to accommodate up to 300 people for informal events. We provide our own state of the art equipment and work closely with local AV providers and companies to equip your event requirements.

Our largest and most adaptable suite is the Sir Bobby Robson Suite. Situated directly above the Sir Bobby Robson Suite, we have Beattie’s (previously known as Legends) This suite is ideal for hosting all types of event within the unique facility. Suitable for hosting conferences, parties, product launches, meeting and seminars, Beattie’s is a unique facility that can be adapted to suite any style of event.
Offering breath-taking views of the pitch, this newly designed lounge is perfectly suited for hosting lunches, meetings, and small networking events. It provides an intimate yet professional atmosphere, equipped with modern amenities and stylish decor, making it ideal for fostering connections and creating lasting impressions. Whether you’re planning a corporate gathering or a special celebration, the S&P Lounge offers the perfect setting for your next event.
Featuring stunning views of the pitch, the Level Head Lounge is tailored for hosting lunches, meetings, and small networking events. Accommodating up to 50 guests in a standing format, it strikes a balance between intimacy and professionalism. With its contemporary design and modern amenities, this lounge is designed to facilitate connections and leave a memorable impression. Whether you’re organizing a corporate event or a unique celebration, the Level Head Lounge provides an exceptional backdrop for your occasion.
The Press Room is a unique area and an opportunity to hire this space for company meetings, presentations, Seminars and launches. It can be seamlessly combined with the adjacent Buffet area for a breakout area, offering further versatility for your event. Additionally, there is also a media room adjoining this which could also be used for exams. The meeting capacity is 75 delegates theatre style, so a small conference, seminar or presentation can be hosted with ease.
Located in the West Stand, our 12 premium executive boxes can accommodate up to 12 individuals, providing a distinctive and impressive setting for a variety of occasions, including business meetings, luncheons, interviews, breakout sessions, private dining events, and management away days. Each suite is equipped with a private cloakroom and restroom facilities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for all guests.
West Stand features a larger box, with a capacity of up to 32 individuals, this exceptional box provides a distinctive and impressive setting for business meetings, luncheons, interviews, break-out sessions, private dining events, or management away days. Featuring a 62-inch screen mounted on the walls, tea and coffee facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi*, and unmatched window views, this box includes exclusive stadium seating and spectacular views of the Portman Road pitch and its equipped with its own private cloakroom and restroom facilities.
Our Premier Lounge is a versatile room overlooking the practice pitch at Portman Road. Offering an intimate setting, this suite is ideal for smaller seminars, presentations and business lunches. Also boasting the opportunity to be used in conjunction with our Executive Suites on the floor above.
Named in honour of one of Ipswich and England’s esteemed football managers, Burleys Bar is a spacious and inviting venue. Conveniently located adjacent to the Hall of Fame Suite, the bar features restroom facilities, making it an ideal breakout room for events.
Our Hall of Fame (previously Centre Spot) pays tribute to the ex-players and legends of Ipswich Town Football Club and offers an insight into the history of the longstanding Portman Road Stadium. The room offers ambience and character within the brightly lit room.
