If you’re looking for Edinburgh meeting rooms, why not consider the home stadium of Hibernian Football Club? The Easter Road Stadium is a unique venue based in Leith, Edinburgh. Just a short walk from the city centre. Great transport links, and in addition Waverly train station is just 1 mile away.
Our main suite caters for up to 300 with 7 additional break-out rooms. So it is ideal for the numerous large conferences we host. Our DDR is flexible, therefore, is suitable for clients with tight budgets. The team regularly cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. As a result, they are experienced when it comes to menu selections.
Above all the sense of something different has led a number of different people, companies and organisations working with our talented staff in using the stadium as a venue. Even as a backdrop for a whole range of events. For instance, conferences and product launches. Meetings, educational classes, parties and weddings. Our stadium is there to be used and during the week, not just on a match day.
Located on the 3rd floor in the West Stand, this space boasts 10 restaurant style booths, which each can sit 4 people.
On the 2nd floor of the West Stand, the Edinburgh Club offers a combination of high and low tables, pitch views, 2 bars and 2 buffet stations in room. The room has fixed TV’s around the room and sound system to connect phone to aux port. (Capacity 230).
Adjoining to the Edinburgh Club, the Pioneers is a restaurant style room, with fixed furniture. The space includes a bar, TV screens, and pitch views. (Capacity 150).
The Chairman’s is located on the 1st floor of the West Stand and is a private room off to the side of Albion Bar. This suite is a boardroom style room, with high tables (with options of low or round tables) and is great for smaller meetings. The room includes two wall mounted TV’s that can connect via HDMI. The capacities are; 20/25 boardroom style, 50 on round tables, or 60 standing.
Located on the 1st floor of the West Stand, the Albion Bar offers a large bar with high tables, soft seating, TV’s and sound system. (Capacity 230).
Adjoining to the Albion Bar, Tornadoes is a restaurant style room with low fixed tables, bar, and screens. (Capacity 88).
On the 2nd floor of the North Stand, this new space boasts two big bars, movable furniture, screens, blue tooth connectivity and stunning pitch views. Capacities are; 300 theatre style, 210/220 banqueting with dancefloor/DJ or 250 full banqueting .
On the 1st floor of the North Stand, this space can welcome up to 100 guests.
These are smaller rooms that are great for breakout rooms and can fit a maximum of 50 delegates in each room.

We will be running our Christmas parties during December. So as one of the city’s most iconic venues, we are offering the ideal venue for you, your family, friends and colleagues to come and enjoy an evening of Yuletide entertainment.
So being a throw-in’s distance from Edinburgh’s city centre, you will start the evening with a glass of bubbly upon arrival allowing you to kick off your Christmas party in style.
Thereafter, you can expect a Traditional Christmas three-course meal. Kicking off a fantastic festive evening.
Finally, our DJ will get the party started. Keeping it running late into the night with a combination of Christmas classics and the latest hits.
