Adrian Vigus-Brown stands as a paragon of excellence and innovation. As an Executive Chef he has built a formidable reputation, captivating both the national and international culinary landscapes by leading culinary teams with a dynamic blend of leadership, creativity, and technical prowess.

One of the pinnacles of his career was the honour of being one of the Chefs in the South African National Culinary Olympic Team. Adrian is also a World Chefs International Culinary Judge. His discerning palate and profound understanding of culinary arts make him a sought-after judge in prestigious culinary competitions worldwide. A proud Disciple of Escoffier with a passion for great food and hospitality. Previous discerning roles include role as past president of SAChefs Young Chefs and Ambassador Mentor for World Chefs Young Chefs
