The awards were founded in 2005 by members of Stadium Experience to recognise the very best UK football stadia venues. In 2014, the awards evolved to incorporate the UK’s rugby stadia in line with the growing membership to Stadium Experience. The Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards recognise and raise the profile of the fantastic commitment of the matchday hospitality and specialist event teams that work tirelessly behind the scenes.
The evening was a gala dinner celebration, including drinks reception, 4 course banquet, awards ceremony, music and onsite after party until 4am. The awards were officially sponsored by Heineken.
The awards are an excellent opportunity to raise your profile to top stadia venues (football, rugby and cricket), with around 400 guests in attendance on the night, from around 40 stadium venues across the UK.
