Situated in the heart of the UK’s second city, Edgbaston has excellent access to Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas, with well-connected major road networks and public transport routes. With three mainline train stations less than 2.5 miles away, providing country-wide rail services, and Birmingham International Airport only a short drive, guests from across the UK and globe can access Edgbaston easily. Our versatile Exhibition Hall is conveniently located on the ground floor adjacent to the main reception. With 1050sqm to work with, this blank canvas space is the largest at Edgbaston and can be built to suit bespoke or unique events for up to 800 guests.
The vast depth and enormous capacity allows organisers space to build in any visual surprises and can be transformed to accommodate exhibitions, conferences, sporting events and concerts.
The Banqueting Suite is a highly adaptable space, perfect for hosting larger conferences, award dinners, graduation balls and weddings. Boasting its own private balcony, offering spectacular views across the iconic stadium, provides the perfect customisable space to make your event unique to you.
The versatility of this space stems from its ability to be split into three separate areas using built-in partitions, with all sections featuring a stylish bar.
The Warwickshire Suite was designed to be the finest place to watch cricket at Edgbaston and such encapsulates the essence of quality and exclusivity. Comprising of an open plan restaurant area, panoramic view of the cricket pitch, theatre kitchen and a stylish lounge, the suite offers versatility to suit all styles of events. If you want to impress your guests, then look no further than the Warwickshire Suite.
The suite offers the private environment to hold meetings of up to 40 people to the stylish space for banquet events of up to 300.
Our four Executive Boxes provide an exclusive, engaging space with bi-folding doors and access to a private balcony offering stunning views. A perfect venue for intimate business meetings, interviews or networking events, all boxes are serviced by a private lounge that can be used as a breakout area, quiet zone or drinks reception.
Named after the year the Club was founded, the 1882 Suite is a bright, spacious and versatile area suitable for a range of functions and offers contemporary surroundings. With floor to ceiling windows, the space is filled with natural daylight and offers stunning panoramic views of the ground.
With flexibility to be used for events from medium sized meetings, conferences or syndicate rooms to dinners and dances, this facility provides a unique, high specification space for your event.
In addition to the large event spaces, Edgbaston also plays host to a selection of smaller spaces such as the Chair’s Lounge which is the perfect setting for intimate dinners, small conferences, networking events and boardroom style meetings. Located on the second floor, this suite is serviced by its own private reception, cloakroom, bar and toilets, giving a feeling of total privacy and exclusivity to your event.
Named after West Indies legend Brian Lara’s record-breaking unbeaten 501 for Warwickshire in 1994, the new 501* brings a new sophisticated, stylish and modern appeal to the facilities at Edgbaston. The innovative design of the room encapsulates Lara’s achievement with a tiled wall providing a ball-by-ball account of the innings and a plaque to greet you upon entering, dedicated to the events at Edgbaston on 6 June, 1994.
Based on the 1st floor of the South Stand, the facility captures the iconic pitch perfectly with a large glass fronted view. With an informal feel and dedicated bar, this new contemporary space is ideal for networking events, break-out sessions, drinks receptions or buffet-style dining and can accommodate for up to 120 people.
Situated at the height of the South Stand, Skyline offers spectacular panoramic views of the famous Edgbaston pitch and Birmingham landscape, whilst delivering a luxury space to host events.
Skyline’s high-end fit features a selection of informal seating areas and buffet service stations in a partially-covered, contemporary roof-top setting. This multi-purpose, versatile space is perfect for corporate entertainment, networking and summer parties with a fun, lively atmosphere.
Our newest space at Edgbaston, the Edgbaston Plaza boasts a massive 14,800 square metres and offers more space than both Centenary Square and Victoria Square in Birmingham city centre. With such a large area, we are able to accommodate a wide range of requests and will do everything we can to help you execute your vision.
As one of the largest outdoor event spaces in Birmingham, the new entrance plaza offers the versatility to host a wide range of large-scale events, including cultural festivals, outdoor cinemas, markets and fun fairs.
The Press Lounge has played host to cricketing superstars from all over the world as well as the top sport’s journalists, now it’s your time to be in the hot seat!
This versatile space is perfect for press launches, boardroom meetings, confidential client interviews and presentations for up to 60 delegates. The Lounge has plenty of additional room for breakout session, focus groups and a separate sofa area for catering and refreshments. Additionally, a raised stage is available to enhance your meeting or conference experience.
Edgbaston is established as one of the leading and most contemporary wedding venues in Birmingham and can accommodate catering for different cuisines/cultures such as Asian, Caribbean and Greek. The stadium hosts a number of function suites that can accommodate a range of large weddings and celebrations for up to 650 guests in our stunning Banqueting Suite.
All our suites are situated overlooking the iconic Edgbaston pitch and offer magnificent views as well as a captivating setting for any celebratory event. The Exhibition Hall is on the ground floor and allows access to drive cars and other vehicles into the space via the three roller shutters. With 1050sqm to work with, this blank canvas space is highly versatile and adaptable for a range of exhibitions and event requirements. Our team will set up your exhibition to meet your requirements with state-of-the-art AV, whilst your event manager and the rest of our supportive team will provide the guidance and exhibition expertise you deserve.
Held in our mesmerising Exhibition Hall, our Christmas parties promise to be some of the biggest events in Birmingham. You and your guests will arrive in style, welcomed with a red carpet and a complimentary drink. Our award-winning chefs will prepare a superb three-course traditional festive meal, before you dance the night away with amazing live entertainment and a late bar open until 1am. Holding up to 540 guests, our Exhibition Hall will be decorated in truly breath-taking fashion in line with our chosen theme for some picture-worthy content.
