From modern executive skyboxes, providing spectacular views over the country’s most famous football pitch, to a purpose built 240 seater auditorium, the stadium provides a unique setting and complete flexibility for any event.  All event spaces boast high speed Wi-Fi and the stadium offers complimentary car parking facilities for up to 1000 vehicles.

Our team of in-house chefs carefully source local ingredients to prepare top quality menus and are committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.  Our experienced sales team are on hand to assist with every element of your event planning, to ensure a perfect event every time.

Here’s a little more about the meeting and event spaces at Hampden Park Stadium in Glasgow.

The stadium’s on-site auditorium provides fixed tiered seating for up to 240 delegates.  This tailored event space also boasts its own built-in audio-visual presentation facilities including

  • 2 x ceiling mounted LCD projectors & screens
  • 1 x PA System
  • 2 x Tie clip microphones
  • 2 x Handheld microphones
  • Lectern & microphone

Hire includes a trained AV expert to operate and run these facilities for the duration of your event.

The Auditorium’s adjoining annex area is suitable for refreshment breaks and lunch with complimentary high speed wi-fi throughout.  This event space is available for hire only, or as part of a Day Delegate Package.

One of the stadium’s newest facilities, Club Hampden is a modern, social lounge perfect for hosting celebrations or more informal events. With a capacity for up to 240 guests and available for private hire, Club Hampden is the ideal venue for evening events.

One of the stadium’s largest event spaces the Lomond suite can accommodate up to 450 delegates in a variety of set ups. Featuring 2 large in-suite bars this space is the perfect private dining space for larger events.

Dedicated service lift access makes this space the ideal exhibition suite, with space for up to 40 exhibition or trade stands and as standing capacity of up to 1000 guests.

Soundproof bi-folding walls offer the option to divide this vast space, offering optimal flexibility for meetings, conference and other events and making this suite one of the stadium’s most sought after.

Hampden Park - Sky Box

With windows looking directly over the iconic Hampden Park pitch make the Presidents Lounge an event space with a view!   This suite can accommodate guests for spectacular drinks receptions, intimate private dining, mini exhibitions and more.

The Superbox is an exciting new way meeting and event space at the Home of Scottish Football.  The glass fronted facility offers incredible views as well as a touch of luxury for an intimate private dining experience for up to 40 guests. Enjoy a bespoke Discovery menu as well as drinks from the Superbox’s in-suite premium bar.

If you’re looking for a meeting experience with a difference, the Superbox is also available for hire as a Boardroom space for up to 18 guests.

Recently refurbished and now available for events for up to 300 guests, these suites can be booked separately as two spaces or now as one large, bright and open space.  Such flexibility makes these spaces perfect for larger meetings, training events, and conferences as well as exhibitions, private dining, and celebrations.

Enjoy an arrival drinks reception within the stadium’s pitch facing Millennium Suite – usually reserved for matchday VIPs.  All packages include a 2 or 3 course private dining experience with capacities for up to 400 guests along with endless options to tailor your prom or graduation to be the perfect celebration.

Awards dinners at Hampden Park Stadium in Glasgow are specially created bespoke to clients needs. The Lomond and Nevis Suites can accommodate up to 400 guests (one level above the main reception) and each have 2 private bar facilities licenced until 1am. There are also over 1000 complimentary car parking spaces onsite.  Packages include; an arrival glass of fizz/bottle of beer per person, hire of one of the suites, a delicious 3 course set menu and half bottle of wine per person.  Optional upgrades could include a choice of menu or include their newly refurbished, pitch-facing Presidents Lounge as a space for an arrival drinks reception.  Other upgrades could include; canapes, drinks packages, Scoreboard branding & pitch-side photo opportunities, room décor, mixologist and entertainment.

Enjoy an outdoor ceremony before moving inside to the exclusive Millennium Suite for a delicious wedding breakfast. You could also hold your ceremony within one of the Stadium’s many indoor function suites suitable for up to 400 guests. The Nevis Suite is a dedicated room for self-catered events, with a capacity for up to 400 guests to attend and share the special day with you! The adjoining kitchen makes it easy for your specialist caterer of choice to prepare and cook a delicious feast for your guests to enjoy.  Hampden Park’s self-catered wedding packages also include dressing and prayer room areas as well as an opportunity for the bridal party to enjoy a unique pitch side photo to mark this special day.
