The American Express Stadium is home to The Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, and is otherwise affectionately known as the Amex Stadium. It is the South Coast’s most exciting conference, events and meeting venue beautifully based in the picturesque South Downs National Park and situated only 1 hour outside of London.
The prestigious Amex Stadium boasts 10 stunning conference and event lounges as well as 21 executive boxes, which offer complete flexibility and are ideal for any size meeting, corporate or private and social event. All of the lounges and meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and views of the stadium and pitch or the South Downs National Park and include complimentary wireless internet access throughout the stadium. Featuring state of the art audio visual equipment across the different spaces, with an added upgrade option of a Clickshare facility which is a smart and neat wireless connectivity. All event spaces have benefited from a vibrant and contemporary refurbishment which took place in 2021, and a new FanZone will be launching in 2025. The venue can cater for a variety of events including conferences, team building days, dinners, awards ceremonies, proms, graduation ceremonies, smaller exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate receptions, Christmas parties (both shared and exclusive), private parties, civil ceremonies and wedding receptions.
Our flagship lounge The Mayo Wynne Baxter has an incredible vaulted ‘waved’ ceiling, 30ft wall of windows, alongside 2 bars, aerial hanging points and a double aspect view including both stadium and pitch. The sleek wavy design of the ultra-modern ceiling, symbolises the Brighton seacoast giving the space a dramatic look and feel. This lounge does have the ability to accommodate 100 – 500 guests.
The second largest lounge offers spectacular views of the pitch and surrounding countryside. It is an incredible space with scope to host all types of meetings and events for 60-400 guests.
These intimate spaces have superb views of the pitch, plus a panoramic of the South Downs, and provide an excellent setting for a small dinner or board presentation. These rooms are ideal for 11-60 guests.
This lounge is a versatile event space with superb views of the pitch. It features a dividing wall, an additional element that provides the flexibility to create breakout space or smaller meeting rooms. This space is ideal for 16-180 guests.
These two beautiful lounges, each with its own private bar, featuring clean lines and natural daylight. The functional layout provides an ideal area for meetings and presentations. Suitable for 40-200 guests
The Heineken Lounge is in the South stand and is a bright, spacious, and a contemporary open-plan lounge with a towering glass facade overlooking the pitch. With a sweeping ceiling, accent lighting and cool architectural attributes, it lends itself effortlessly to a wide variety of event types and set up styles with a combination of tables and chairs, lounge style seating, two bars and a games area. Suitable for 40-300 guests.
Boasting some of the best views of the pitch this lounge lends itself to all types of events. Perfect for an office party, exhibition, or large meeting. Up to 400 guests can be accommodated within this space.
The Amex Lounge offers an unparalleled viewing experience with its sweeping, panoramic views of the pitch. This exclusive space boasts a contemporary, elegant interior, featuring plush seating, stylish décor, and state of the art amenities designed to provide the ultimate comfort. Perfect for drinks receptions and relaxed celebrations.
Our largest event space gives a real stadium feel and can be adapted to host anything from big exhibitions to art showcases. It has seamless entry and exit points ensuring any event flows well throughout the space.
There are 21 executive boxes available for hire. These intimate rooms ate ideal for board meetings or a private dinner for up to 10 guests. There is also a double box, which when opened up, can accommodate up to 20 guests. These rooms create the perfect breakout space, conference organiser’s office or speaker’s green room.

The Amex stadium benefits from exceptional links to the A27 & A23/M23 to London and boasts a complimentary guest car park with up to 400 car parking spaces. However, in line with our green credentials, we do actively encourage our visitors to use public transport. Falmer train station is onsite here at the stadium and just an 8 minute train journey from Brighton or Lewes, making it easily accessible for all visitors and an easy option for all.
