The Select Car Leasing Stadium events venue was built in 1997 as a ground-breaking sports and hospitality arena. On match days, up to 24,200 people fill the stadium. This means we offer unrivalled transport links via the M4 and A33 as well as those arriving in Reading by train.

Club 106 has been inspired by Reading Football Club’s title win of 2005-06, which remains the greatest event seen in Football League history. This facility can hold up to 106 delegates in its fixed layout.
This pitch facing room is perfect for those looking for more space.
The Director’s Suite is used by VIPs on match days and can accommodate up to 50 delegates for a conference or private dining evening.
Located on our second floor, with a private VIP bar and balcony, it is one of our top of the range rooms which boast luxury and comfort.
These smaller rooms located on our first floor can accommodate up to 70 people in each room.
They are both L-shaped and work well for smaller meetings or group break-out spaces.
The Premier Suite is a corner pitch facing suite with floor to ceiling views of the grounds from the goal line. A perfect room for conferences up to 100 delegates or an informal dinner, the choice is yours. This space can accommodate up to 100 delegates.
The Princess Suite is our largest suite at the venue and can accommodate up to 450 delegates theatre style or 300 delegates cabaret style making this room the biggest holding venue in Reading.
The Windsor Lounge, which is adjacent to the Princess Suite and boasts high glass ceilings and projects natural daylight. This room is private for your use when booking a conference allows for a separate catering room which can be utilised in many ways.
A perfectly positioned room right at the halfway line, the Royals Suite provides superb views over the pitch and creates the ectopic backdrop for dinners and conferences. This space can accommodate up to 100 delegates.
Packed with club memorabilia and trophies, the Trophy Room is perfect for small meetings with a touch of football history which will give you non-stop conversation throughout your meeting. This space can accommodate up to 80 delegates.
Our Executive Boxes located on the first floor all on the West Wing of the stadium showcase incredible views of the pitch and is the perfect room for a small meeting or last-minute interviews. These spaces can accommodate up to 10 delegates per box.
