With all the facilities you would expect from a quality conferencing and meetings venue combined with a strong customer care ethic, Newcastle Red Bulls can accommodate a variety of functions and customize them to your requirements, from layout to our menu offering.
Our range of executive boxes and spacious function suites can accommodate 4 to 350 delegates for a variety of meeting and events. Natural light, space and bar facilities make an ideal setting for a meeting, conference or party or choose one of our corporate boxes for a more intimate setting and meeting room. At the stadium, we know each event is different and therefore we can tailor make packages to suit your specific needs.

Overlooking the stadium pitch our executive boxes offer small, intimate function spaces with a unique view. Perfect for conferences or celebration dinners.

Nestled away on the first floor of our West stand the Presidents’ Lounge is perfect for private events.

On matchdays, the North West Suite comes to life for up to 130 guests, with a specially curated small dish menu served in a beautifully transformed space. Warm lighting, contemporary finishes and premium furnishings make it a relaxed spot to catch up, network and enjoy the rugby. Between fixtures, it’s a great place for celebrations, exhibitions and team away days.

Next door to our on-site public bar – the Tap & Tackle – in our original East stand is our 1877 function suite. Available for hire by itself or with the Tap & Tackle to increase capacity, this space is perfect for any event where you’re looking for a relaxed and comfortable feel.

The Premier Club offers a great space for celebration dinners, weddings, conferences and other celebratory gatherings. With views of the pitch and private bar facilities your guests will enjoy their day in a unique space.

Our match-day restaurant, The Fifteen at the Falcons, offers a large open space with private bar facilities and toliets, as well as space for an optional dancefloor. A great space for bigger events when you want that ‘cosy’ feel.

Our largest suite on site at Kingston Park, the 100 Club, boasts private bar and toilet facilities, space for a dance floor and the ability to adapt to suit your needs this versatile space is ideal for weddings and large-scale events. This space can also be used for bigger events by joining our other suite on this floor, The Fifteen.
Looking for something unique for your event? Here at Kingston Park, we can offer our stunning vintage bus bar which really gives the wow factor! Whether your wanting a drinks reception, meeting room or looking after your customers, we have the perfect addition for you. With serving platforms on the lower deck and a luxurious upper deck with seating, quality sound system, artificial turf under foot and parasols to cover.
We can also bring the vintage bus bar to you! With many different hire options, fully staffed, adaptable interior & exterior which is also fully brandable. We will ensure your event runs smoothly with an outstanding customer experience.
Our lovely vintage mare trailer is a perfect addition for any birthday party, drinks reception, celebration of any kind! quirky and cute she will stand out and help create a fabulous atmosphere.
We can also offer offsite food vans for any event and these include Take the Bait (Fish & Chips) Grilled to See You (Burger van) and Deli Dash (sandwich, salad and spuds) with our coffee van, Spill The Beanz available to hire in the new year.
Enjoy a festive ski resort at Kingston Park Stadium this Christmas – With ski décor, disco balls and twinkly lights bringing all the mountain magic to the party.
Join us on Friday 4th December from 6pm for a night of fun with a live DJ and crowd karaoke. Enjoy festive drinks, both alcoholic and alcohol free, meet new people and share the festivities.
Your £37 ticket is your ski pass for the night. Your pass includes a drink token and two après street food tokens, one for a main and one for dessert. Our friendly staff and your very own Christmas Coordinator will look after everything, so all you need to do is book, turn up and enjoy yourselves.
For groups of 50 or more, you can book a private après at the stadium, with the same ski resort vibes. Traditional bespoke sit down dinners, with two or three courses are also available.
