With all the facilities you would expect from a quality conferencing and meetings venue combined with a strong customer care ethic, Newcastle Red Bulls can accommodate a variety of functions and customize them to your requirements, from layout to our menu offering.
Our range of executive boxes and spacious function suites can accommodate 4 to 350 delegates for a variety of meeting and events. Natural light, space and bar facilities make an ideal setting for a meeting, conference or party or choose one of our corporate boxes for a more intimate setting and meeting room. At the stadium, we know each event is different and therefore we can tailor make packages to suit your specific needs.

Overlooking the stadium pitch our executive boxes offer small, intimate function spaces with a unique view. Perfect for conferences or celebration dinners.

Nestled away on the first floor of our West stand the Presidents’ Lounge is perfect for private events.

One of our most popular corporate hospitality spaces, our International Suite offers all the benefits of our larger suites, including views of the pitch, while offering an ideal space for smaller weddings, conferences or team building events.

Next door to our on-site public bar – the Tap & Tackle – in our original East stand is our 1877 function suite. Available for hire by itself or with the Tap & Tackle to increase capacity, this space is perfect for any event where you’re looking for a relaxed and comfortable feel.

The Premier Club offers a great space for celebration dinners, weddings, conferences and other celebratory gatherings. With views of the pitch and private bar facilities your guests will enjoy their day in a unique space.

Our match-day restaurant, The Fifteen at the Falcons, offers a large open space with private bar facilities and toliets, as well as space for an optional dancefloor. A great space for bigger events when you want that ‘cosy’ feel.

Our largest suite on site at Kingston Park, the 100 Club, boasts private bar and toilet facilities, space for a dance floor and the ability to adapt to suit your needs this versatile space is ideal for weddings and large-scale events. This space can also be used for bigger events by joining our other suite on this floor, The Fifteen.
Looking for something unique for your event? Here at Kingston Park, we can offer our stunning vintage bus bar which really gives the wow factor! Whether your wanting a drinks reception, meeting room or looking after your customers, we have the perfect addition for you. With serving platforms on the lower deck and a luxurious upper deck with seating, quality sound system, artificial turf under foot and parasols to cover.
We can also bring the vintage bus bar to you! With many different hire options, fully staffed, adaptable interior & exterior which is also fully brandable. We will ensure your event runs smoothly with an outstanding customer experience.
Our lovely vintage mare trailer is a perfect addition for any birthday party, drinks reception, celebration of any kind! quirky and cute she will stand out and help create a fabulous atmosphere.
We can also offer offsite food vans for any event and these include Take the Bait (Fish & Chips) Grilled to See You (Burger van) and Deli Dash (sandwich, salad and spuds) with our coffee van, Spill The Beanz available to hire in the new year.
Newcastle Red Bulls award-winning Kingston Park Stadium is the ideal venue for you or your company’s festive celebration. Join us at one of our Christmas Party Package evenings, which includes a three to four-course meal with coffee and Mrs. Claus’s sweet mince pies! Our Lunch with Santa events in December are also a festive treat for the whole family to enjoy!
