Job Vacancy: Conference and Events Office Manager at Allianz Park

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and ambitious Conference & Events Office Manager to lead our growing events team. The overall purpose of this role is to delight our clients whilst maximizing revenue for the organisation. You will do this by leading your team in all aspects involved in the estimating, planning and organising of both private and corporate client events hosted at Allianz Park.

The successful candidate will develop and drive the meeting and events revenues, together with maximising guest experiences within Allianz Park. The job holder will work closely with the other departments within Saracens and Allianz Park and will leverage all opportunities from existing clients to new organisations.

The role does require candidates to have up-to date working knowledge of Delphi operating system.

This role is fulltime (37.5 hours per week) and will be based at Allianz Park. there will a requirement of working outside the normal working hours, i.e. evening, weekends and bank holidays, so it is crucial that candidates are flexible.
