Fabulous Fan Fayre (F3) at Manchester City FC is recruiting for a Conference & Events Office Administrator on a casual basis for up to 15 hours per week.


We are looking for an office administrator to join our conference & events sales team on a casual basis. The role will include promoting and taking bookings for our annual calendar of events (including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Shared Christmas Parties), as well as providing administrative and research support to the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience within the events industry. The hours will predominantly be within general office working hours (Mon-Fri) but there will be on occasion, a requirement to work evenings and weekends.


  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and via email
  • Inputting bookings into the sales system
  • Collecting information required for the creation of event sheets
  • Issue booking confirmations
  • Support with delivering the sales & marketing plan
  • Support with all internal events
  • Produce and issue pre and post event invoices
  • Achieve customer satisfaction scores and drive customer feedback surveys ensuring that standards are maintained

  • Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time
