Leading teams responsible for food and drink provision. Area of responsibilities include:
• Matchday Kiosks including Fan zone
• Irene’s kitchen
• Academy food
• Non-matchday events
Working closely with Sales & hospitality to understand demand for food and drink provision.
Supply of resource; create and maintain a pool of staff to effectively resource Hospitality, Bars, Kiosks and
Fanzone for matchday and non-matchday events, working in partnership with Head of HR on workforce plan,
recruitment and selection processes and agency suppliers.
Supply of catering goods; includes understanding demand, cost, sourcing suppliers
Food supply for matchday kiosks; includes understanding demand, cost, sourcing suppliers.
• Ensure Food and Beverage teams are communicating and working together to provide a seamless experience for fans
• Oversee working practices to ensure safety standards in food preparation are maintained, ensuring staff are appropriately trained
• Recruit and book staff for matchday and non-matchday events, seeking feedback on staff performance and acting on feedback. Ensure HR and recruitment policies and process are adhered to
• Seek and act on feedback relating to quality of food and drink provision
• Working within budget and look for ways to improve quality and save money
• Responsible for Health & Safety within food and beverage areas of responsibility
• Stock management, ensuring stock wastage is kept to a minimum. Provide Wastage reports
• Maintain relations with members of the local community, the police and liquor licensing authorities
• Review and report on the service and offering, making continual improvements.

• Inspires, lead and train staff
• Works in partnership with other departments across the Club
• Experienced in managing a multi-outlet, multi-sites
• Experience of working in a stadium environment (desirable)
• Holds a license for Bar areas (desirable)

• Maintains high standards of personal appearance, conduct, respect for company property and reputation
• Works within the appropriate company policies and procedures including health and safety
• Information about players, suppliers, contracts, tenders and other commercially sensitive matters etc are considered confidential and must not be divulged without prior authority.
