Some of the activities include; sharing best practice and ideas, joint exhibition opportunities, meeting event buyers and agencies as a consortium, regular newsletters, an annual recognitions awards celebration; The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards and much more.
Paula Jones from Stoke City FC, commented: “We are thrilled to be part of Stadium Experience; having spoken to other members we feel that this will be a fabulous opportunity to market ourselves, network across the industry whilst gaining some valuable best practice ideas to improve customer experience here at the bet365 stadium.”
Collette Salmon, Sales Manager at Liverpool Football Club, and Chair of Stadium Experience, said: “A warm welcome to Stoke City FC! In recent years the membership of Stadium Experience has grown significantly. The stadium venues really value the sharing of best practice and ideas, as well as networking opportunities with event buyers across the country. We are very much led by the members so if there are changing markets and new focuses then we prioritise these initiatives. We actively welcome any football or rugby stadium venue who would like to find out more about us, and potentially join our consortium.”
