The eight clubs include: Arsenal Football Club, Ipswich Town Football Club, Manchester United Football Club, Nottingham Forest Football Club, St. Helens Rugby Club, Swansea City Association Football Club and Ospreys Rugby, as well as the association’s first Irish venue; Croke Park in Dublin.  The newest additions grow the Stadium Experience membership to a total of 53 clubs across the UK and Ireland.

Stadium Experience is a not-for-profit marketing collaboration aiming to promote and market stadium venues for conferences and events.  The organisation was established in 2002 focusing purely on football venues, and evolved in 2013 to welcome rugby stadia venues for the first time.  Some of the activities include; sharing best practice and ideas, joint exhibitions opportunities, meeting event agents as a consortium, regular newsletters, an annual recognitions awards celebration; The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards and much more.

Croke Park: With 110 meetings and events spaces, Croke Park Meeting & Events can cater for a board meeting for 10 or a reception for 2,000. There is over 5,000m2 of event space, including eight large suites and over 90 meeting rooms. Ipswich Town Football Club: The Portman Road Stadium has an extensive range of modern rooms and suites available to accommodate up to 250 for dinner and in excess of 300 for more informal events.  Call 01473 400580 or email sales@itfc.co.uk for more details.

Manchester United Football Club: Manchester United, The Theatre of Dreams is a completely unique venue with spaces to cater for up to 1,100 delegates. With suites and rooms overlooking the historic pitch and the ability to tailor your package, you can rest assured your event will have the lasting effect it deserves. Nottingham Forest Football Club: Set into the banks of the River Trent, The City Ground stadium can host up to 600 guests in an array of suites in varying sizes and styles making the home of Nottingham Forest one of the most versatile and iconic venues in the East Midlands. St. Helens Rugby Club: The Totally Wicked Stadium is the newest purpose-built Rugby League Stadium in the country.  The Stadium can host from 2 to 400 delegates in a range of smaller meeting rooms and larger suites with stunning pitch side views. Call 01744 455 086 or email enquiries@totallywickedstadium.com.

Swansea City Association Football Club & Ospreys Rugby: The Liberty Stadium is the premier venue for conference & events in south west Wales.
