Kingsholm Stadium is the home to Gloucester Rugby Club, and offers over 40 event spaces ideal for conferences, meetings, events, exhibitions and parties.

Our flexible event spaces have a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces which can be personalized for you by our experienced team to suit your needs. We can cater for smaller events in our pitch facing boxes while our larger glass fronted suites can hold up to 300 delegates.

The venue is located in Gloucester city centre with ample parking and great transport links, walking distance to Gloucester Train station and only we are only a few minutes away from the M5.

The famous Kingsholm Stadium has become a favourite venue locally for a variety of private events including Wedding Receptions, Wakes, Christenings and Birthday Parties. We can help you plan your special day by providing the best in catering and entertainment, ensuring you can enjoy yourself while we do all the hard work for you.

Hosting your corporate event with us allows you to give your staff and guests a behind the scenes look at one of the country’s most famous sporting venues, providing a real wow factor. Our professional operations team will always ensure your event runs smoothly and our sales team will be a regular point of contact from enquiry through to after you leave the venue. We are experienced at hosting meetings, conferences, exhibitions and product launches, with our Day Delegate packages making booking with us extremely straight forward.

Seating up to 250 people in our pitch facing Captains lounge, we are a fantastic setting for a variety of dinners. In recent years we have held a variety of Charity Events, Proms, Graduations and Christmas Parties. Our performance chef will create a fantastic bespoke menu for your event using some fantastic ingredients.

The Legends Loung gives you some fantastic history of Gloucester Rugby. Walk down the corridors and read about the players of years gone by who set the foundation of this wonderful club. Great multimedia along with balcony access for refreshments give you all the tools for a great conference in an awe-inspiring environment.

Board room- 15 delegates

The BigDug is on the halfway line with magnificent views over Kingsholm, giving you a great reminder of being at the home of Gloucester Rugby. The Suite has balcony access for your refreshments and take in the inspiration of a premiership club.

Live like the chairman for the day in his match day suite. The room is on the halfway line with breath taking views of the stadium, two flat screens for power point presentation.

Boardroom- 2-12 delegates

Relaxed meeting rooms. Perfect for the more informal meeting where comfort is required white still having access to a LDC screen for laptop connectivity.
